Came In today with 3 people total. You can obviously tell they are busy. It’s a Sunday and it’s Mother’s Day. We stood at the sign that said “please wait and a server will seat you.” One waitress asked how many was in our party? Told her 3 and she said okay we will get you this table here as soon as it’s cleaned off. Well during that time a party of 4 came in after us and different waitress sat them in said table. Which is fine. We let it slide. Waited again for another table to come available still standing in the same spot, now with more parties behind us. Another group walks in, walks right up to the counter and asks to be seated in a table not yet cleaned off and the waitress lets them have it. So now it’s two tables that have passed by us while we have patiently stood and waited for a table. So I go up to say something to the waitress at counter and inform her she has given away to two tables why I have stood there for 15 minutes waiting on a table. And her only response is “it’s first come first sever.” So I’m not sure how cutting other guests is first come first serve but we will not be back if that’s how they do things. Bad first impression on their part.
From the moment we walked in, the smells were AMAZING!! We were sat at a table immediately in the 2nd room, and the ambience and whole vibe was warm and welcoming. We got a Calzone, shrimp & pasta, and chicken & pasta. Took about 15 minutes to get it, but it was PIPING hot, and sooo fresh! Each of us were blown away by our dishes at the first bite. We VERY highly recommend this cute little Italian cafe/restaurant. TOP notch cook, great, fresh ingredients, great server(s) - just an outstanding experience from start to finish. Oh, and the price was awesome, as well! This was our first visit here - but now, we're going to have to make this a regular jaunt for lunch or dinner for sure!
I was not very impressed. The thing that turned me off was the lasagna. Being a Italian restaurant I thought they would have really good lasagna fresh made from scratch. I even asked if their lasagna is made everyday not made a week ago and kept in the refrigerator. The waitress assured me they make their lasagna every day. I ordered it I got it popping hot stright out of the oven. Unfortunately the middle was still frozen. Not made fresh as they claimed. The service was nothing to write home about. Wouldnt come back here.

Food was Good. I wish the service was more friendly. Our waitress was not friendly. She plopped our food on our table without saying anything. It was an uncomfortable vibe. It's a cute restaurant, but my experience with the service was not so great.

TERRIBLE atmosphere. No music, loud. It was just terrible. I’d suggest ordering to go. Our server was wonderful, food was- okay. mostly. Loud loud loud people. Pretty bad seating, not a lot of separated seating options. Flooring was also awkward, felt like a stage floor so it was loud therefore made little kids footsteps when running around 10x more annoying. Won’t be back.

Usually I don't mind paying 50-80 to go out and dine at a nice cafe, but I expect a sort of professional, or at least somewhat calm, atmosphere. This was neither. Our bill for two was 80 before tip, and the restaurant was a loud, chaotic jungle gym of kids running around and people loudly laughing. I wouldn't mind this atmosphere had I paid maybe 40 dollars for our visit, but I had paid double that so I expected better. The food overall was good, accommodating kitchen, and plenty to choose from. Our server was nice, however there was little she could do about the restaurant turned noisy child race track. Won't be returning to the actual restaurant, though will consider ordering online.

An old building interestingly re-purposed. Server was very pleasant. Shrimp pasta and crawfish pasta were delicious. Each pasta was accompanied by a slice of cheese pizza, which was delicious but a bit too salty.
