Cashier lied, I asked if they had the $9.99 deal for qty 2 of two piece fish and fry and he said yes. He then proceeded to charge us $11.98 for them. If I would have known he was going to charge normal price we would not have ordered the extra fish.

Captain D’s is so underwhelming these days. $13 for a plate without a drink and everything is drenched in grease.. I mean it’s a Captain D’s I guess. We haven’t been in forever and decided to stop by while we were out. The service was decent and quick surprisingly.

Food is good but really pricey. Service can be a hit or miss in the drive thru

One of the slowest drive thru in town. Also check your receipt as they charge you for items you didn’t even order.

Food was good and staff were kind but the service was very slow. I don't expect fast at Captain D's but we waited at least 30 minutes for our food.

Haven’t been there in forever and went in tonight. The young lady working the counter (Shaniya) was super friendly and professional. You could tell she liked her job which is a nice change. It was also very fast and fresh and the place was very clean!

Used to visit regularly for years. Still enjoy the food but have quit eating there because of drink prices. Used to get small drinks for lower price. Now they only serve one size at a ridiculous price. Just not worth it for me.

What a difference the right crew makes. From the moment we walked into our local Captain D's, we noticed the change. We were greeted immediately and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. After we received our food the manager who had been on break came by to ask if we needed anything. The restaurant was cleaner than the last time we visited several months ago. The food was prepared well and tasted great. Whatever happened, keep up the improvements.

Visiting from out of town today and experienced the most unprofessional manager/cook. Received a baked fish combo with less rice. I could see the bottom of the plate. If Captain Ds is doing portion control maybe resize your plates, because a 10 dollar meal doesn't require me to see the bottom of the plate. But let's get past the portion control. Let's talk about about the ghetto, unprofessional individual yelling from the back with an attitude and tone about your portion sizes. The professional cashier and I had already established that I would get a refund. But Miss Attitude in the back proceeds to yell and go on and on about that's the portion and if I wanted more I would have to pay and blah blah. Just mouthing off unprofessional is definitely a character flaw. Maybe she was mad I requested a refund and she made a halfway meal that was then going in the trash. No wonder there wasn't a line in drive thru small portions and high prices equals going out of business. And based on the employee attitude and unprofessional communication skills, you lost money. My advice would be to find a better manager for this location with less attitude and better customer service. She also may want to watch who and how she talks to people. Etiquette school may do her some good.
