I dove 30 miles one way to get a Chic fil A sandwich combo tonight. I hadn't eaten there in about a year so I got to the drive thru and tried to order a chicken sandwich and the outside cashier said "I'm sorry, we don't have any fillets tonight we're out." I said really, shouldn't you have a sign out here before you enter into this drive thru that you're out of certain things especially chicken sandwiches? She said "oh we have some nuggets" and I said I didn't drive 30 miles for some nuggets. So of course no hey, here's a coupon for your gas, your time, nothing. So I'm stuck in this one lane drive thru for 10 minutes. They were extremely slow for some reason at 7:30 at night. I get to the window and they try to hand me two bags of ice and I said y'all need to get it together because you have no chicken to even make sandwiches with and some girl behind her said "oh he's the one wanting the chicken sandwich." Needless to say I drove off and won't be back to this Chic fil A.

Though we have stopped many times at this Chick-fil-A and have always had wonderful experiences, I have to say I have never been more impressed. With the overwhelming volumes of students that poured in today after their band MPAs performance’s from multiple schools, this facility handled it like champs! Bus after bus poured in one after the other. But they never faltered! The team who worked lunch today is simply amazing. Thank you to all who helped served our kids! We appreciate you all.

We love Chick-fil-A but this Chick-fil-A is hit or miss for us! Sometimes we have a great experience and other times not so much! They often forget items, never fill up the fries and half the time there is sooo much salt on the fries too.

Had my fiancé stop by after work to grab us something , he came in and we looked and saw we were given the wrong condiments on our sandwiches ( no big deal) we called and let “Lexi” know we had the wrong order and if we could come back to switch out , Lexi informed me I had to bring my receipt and show both sandwiches had the wrong condiments on them ..? No problem . Once at the window to switch out the young lady was sweet and said she didn’t need to see them but I informed her “Lexi” made it loud and clear over the phone she needed to see them. Lexi looked to be a shift leader maybe and had a piss poor attitude. I didn’t mind giving them the sandwiches and having them throw it away or check themselves sure but to make me open them in the window lines to show her was a little ridiculous. I didn’t want them anyways , she could’ve checked herself and thrown them away . I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone from there have such a pissy attitude and not to mentioned I now have cold fries . She needs to be checked . I also happen to be pregnant and it just rubbed me the wrong way .

The food was delicious as always. Customer service was impeccable as always. One star because there was no separation in the drive thru for mobile orders so had to wait in the long line. Good job on great food though:)

I don't know how they do it, but every time I come here, it's a very short wait and the food is always perfect. Staff are nothing but friendly on top of it all!
Their food was quick , hot , and delicious! The employees were all on top of whatever job they had to do and every single person was polite, respectful, and seemed to be glad to assist each customer! They even have extra help going outside and taking orders behind who ever is at the microphone in drive thru. Was a great experience and id recommend to everyone to go there every chance you get !
I have been to chick fil as across the country and this way by far the worst experience I've ever had. For starters it was DIRTY!! there was a young man constantly wiping down tables in the dining area, but the floors, play area, & bathroom obviously had not had a good cleaning in a while.... unfortunately they also gave both my husband & I incorrect food items or items were missing & the fries were cold when we got them :( Thankfully they fixed the error, but it added an extra 10 minutes to our trip that we already traveled over 40 minutes for. I also felt like this restaurant just did not live up to chick fil a standards. When we were waiting at the counter the employees ignored us because they were in conversations with each other. At one point, it seemed as if the whole staff just decided to make a weird yelling noise together that was heard from the kitchen by the playroom and then they all laughed like it was funny. All of this was very frustrating because that made it obvious why the restaurant was operating how it was and why our food was incorrect. I hope action is taken to make this restaurant live up to the chick fil a standard, it was very disappointing.

Always get great service at a Chick-fil-A, and this location was no different. My wife and I each ordered the 8-count nugget meal. After placing our order, we looked for a place to sit. Each table had just been freshly wiped by Levi, a very cheerful young man. We sat down and it was not too long before Adeline (I think that was her name) brought us our order. She was very kind in asking if we needed any more condiments or anything else. After a few minutes, Levi stopped by our table and asked how everything was and if we needed any refreshing of our drinks. We felt right at home. My wife said the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Thank you Chick-fil-A!
