I’ve never been more disappointed by a Chick-fil-A experience. The staff member with ginger hair was not only rude to my friend but actually laughed at her when she was trying to order. Completely unprofessional and honestly, disrespectful. We come to Chick-fil-A for good service, and honestly I am distraught.

I think they need etiquette training I have never seen so many people angry at one location. They also need the health department to go by and look at it there's so much food and trash in the floor it is appalling.

First time at Chick-fil-A. The salad was solid, but the chicken club sandwich was a letdown—dry and flavorless. The kids had fun on the play structure, which was a plus. Oddly, the bathroom floors were greasy and slippery—my Vintage Havana soles had no grip at all. Kids enjoyed, but I don’t want to eat there again. I would rather dine at Sidelines for much less money and better quality of food.

Not sure what is going on with this stores inventory ordering, but over the last few months I have experienced them repeatedly being out of lettuce for sandwiches. Today was even more frustrating when the drive- thru person didn't let us know they were out of it or we would have changed our order had we known. I understand their lettuce for sandwiches is different then their salad lettuce, but I would be okay with them substituting.

My fiancé and I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location. We eat here often, sometimes several times a week, and it never disappoints. Every Saturday morning we dine in for breakfast (our favorite), and it truly is the highlight of our week. The staff is always friendly, patient, and professional. Even when the restaurant is busy, they handle everything with care and efficiency. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. This location is not just the best Chick-fil-A in Alabama, it is the best one in the entire country. I say that in confidence as I have visited locations within several states.

Food was fresh and hot. Service was good although not quite as warm as at some other chick fil a’s. The one disappointment was that no one came around to refill drinks as they do at other places and I didn’t want to wait in the lunch line to get a refill. Honey BBQ sauce is the best!
