First time at Chick-fil-A. The salad was solid, but the chicken club sandwich was a letdown—dry and flavorless. The kids had fun on the play structure, which was a plus. Oddly, the bathroom floors were greasy and slippery—my Vintage Havana soles had no grip at all. Kids enjoyed, but I don’t want to eat there again. I would rather dine at Sidelines for much less money and better quality of food.
Not sure what is going on with this stores inventory ordering, but over the last few months I have experienced them repeatedly being out of lettuce for sandwiches. Today was even more frustrating when the drive- thru person didn't let us know they were out of it or we would have changed our order had we known. I understand their lettuce for sandwiches is different then their salad lettuce, but I would be okay with them substituting.
My fiancé and I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location. We eat here often, sometimes several times a week, and it never disappoints. Every Saturday morning we dine in for breakfast (our favorite), and it truly is the highlight of our week. The staff is always friendly, patient, and professional.
