Grilled cheese was just cheese on bread asked they took it back bothered and brought it back bread more toasted cheese still hard.

The sweet tea ran out before I got my drink. Employee said it would be a few minutes. I waited & waited, looked and she was stocking the crackers back up. At that point I just settled for coke.

Food was ok. Forgot pickle and cookies on several occasions. Poorly trained staff or they just don’t care. My biggest issue is I go to Dothans location a lot and the portions are larger and you get twice the lettuce and tomato in your sandwich. Never once have they forgot a pickle or cookie. This location needs better management.

I have been excited to try this place since we moved here. The employees were amazing, the place was super clean, but the salad itself was mediocre to me. It didnt have as much flavor as I had expected. I will definitely try it again and get a different flavor to see if that was the issue. The grape salad I got for my side was awesome.

It's a very cool place to stop in for lunch. Food is good for the most part. You order at the counter, and the food is delivered to your table. There are some very good choices and some mediocre dishes. Service is good. The decor and ambiance inside are nice. I have visited three times and will definitely be back. I want to try more items. I will say the Red Velvet cake was very good.

This place doesn't know and doesn't care about making your order right.

THERE MUST BE A NEW MANAGER HER NAME IS RILEY, BEEN GOING HERE FOR 6 YEARS NEVER A ISSUE. TODAY I MADE AN ORDER IN PERSON FOR ME AND MY CO WORKERS AS IT'S ME WHO ALWAYS RAVES ABOUT THIS PLACE. IT SEEMED A NEW ORDER TAKER AS WAS STILL LEARNING MADE A MISTAKE AND GAVE ME TWO ORDERS AND NOT THE 3 I ORDERED CALLED AFTER GETTING BCAK TO WORK AND TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED NOW ALMOST 45 MINUTES LATER AND A BIT UPSET AND VERY HUNGRY ALL SHE COULD SAY WAS WELL SIR YOU WERE NEVER CHARGED FOR THE FIRST ONE SO YOUR FREE TO COME BACK AND PAY THE FULL PRICE FOR ANOTHER ONE, HUNGRY AND A BIT PEEVED I WENT BACK AND THE SWEET CASHIER APOLOGIZED BUT RILEY REFUSED TO EVEN GIVE ME SO MUCH AS A DISCOUNT. SO NEVER AGAIN NEXT TIME I HAVE A CRAVING FOR A CHICKEN SANDWICH ILL JUST GO TO ANNIES CAFE WHERE THE MANAGMENT CARES.

Service was fast and friendly; however, the sandwich was nothing special. Ordered the Fancy Nancy. Very bland and tasteless.

Food was good. When we arrived there was no other customers yet several tables were dirty. 3 ladies standing at front. No reason these tables weren’t clean. No pickle. I got Mac n cheese but no fork to eat it with. Had to go up and ask for that. I understand mistakes but it felt more like they just threw it together and didn’t care. The employees (several teen girls) acted like we bothered them by eating there.

Overpriced mediocre chicken salad. The portion of chicken salad on the sandwich is laughable. I actually removed the tops and put the bottom halves together to make a decent sandwich.
Atmosphere was cheap and too cutesy looking. Staff were very helpful with making my decision as I had never been there. They were very patient, kind, and helped explain the different choices with judgement.

First I’ll say I love Chicken Salad Chick but we just stopped at the one in Enterprise Ala. & got our usual Large Grape Salad & Large Cranberry Kelli to go. We’re headed home from the beach & eat the Grape Salad in the car. To our surprise all the grapes were very soft & the white glaze had no taste. When I left the store I asked for another little cup of the brown sugar & nut topping but was told they only give one per Large order or I could pay a $1.00. Least to say we’ll not be going back to that location. Our Chicken Salad Chick in Gardendale Alabama is awesome! They not only give two cups of topping for grape salad but every thing tastes great every time & not a hit & miss!
