Worst place to eat yogurt none of it tasted right tasted old and super nasty never ever again will I eat there and the place is disgusting and dirty I suggest not to waste your money at the place

My recent experience at Chill Yogurt was very disappointing. The store was dirty, and the two young girls working there seemed inexperienced and unhelpful. I felt that there should have been an adult present to manage the store and provide better customer service.We got the New York cheesecake flavored yogurt, but it tasted more like coconut, which was not what we expected. When I mentioned this to the staff, they seemed uninterested and even argued among themselves about who should taste it to verify the issue. This lack of professionalism was quite frustrating.Overall, I would not recommend Chill Yogurt based on this experience.

The frozen yogurt and toppings never disappoint. However, they need to start hiring people who have more experience with customer service or at least train them. The worker tonight gave us a look of disgust walking in, never greeted us, and practically acted like we didn’t exist.

We’ve been here several times over the years and always had a great experience. Apparently it’s under new ownership this time. Yesterday we came in and my daughter had what tasted like “vanilla flavored sanitizer” that was tasted by multiple family members. Last night she started vomiting and it continued through today until we had to take her to the doctor for some zofran. Like I said, we’ve always had great experiences, but unfortunately we definitely won’t be back.

This place used to be so wonderful when I was a kid, but I couldn't even finish a child's serving of the froyo tonight because the taste/aftertaste made me wonder how long it's been since the machines have been deep cleaned. It's been like ten minutes since the last bite and my mouth tastes like an old coat.
