Orders take a long time, the service is very slow, they barely serve you, I hope they improve

Decent people, just slow service. Seem to be always waiting on chicken in the fryer. They make Popeyes seem like a NASCAR pit stop.

Working night shift, asked my girlfriend to grab food and I haven’t had churches in year probably should’ve never went back.. nasty, greasy, mess no more churches chicken for me??‍♂️

I just waited 20 mins in the drive thru. I finally got to the window to pay and she repeated my order back to me. She said that I ordered the tender wrap combo with no mayo , fries and tea. I politely said no, I ordered okra instead of fries as my side (mind you I had already waited 20 mins). She asked me to pull up that the okra would have to cook and it would be another three minutes. I still said nothing and didn't complain and waited another 5-8 mins. I finally get my order and head back to my office and open up my wraps and they both have mayo on them, so I can't eat them as I don't like mayo. I just wasted not only my time, my money, but my lunch. Do better Church's Chicken.

The guy was nice enough but he gave us a bag and box that seemed to have been dipped in the fryer. I have never seen so much grease on a bag in my life. It got all over my dress, van, phone etc... no more Churches for me.

THIS IS BAD. LAST FEW YEARS THE CHICKEN IS EITHER LUKE WARM AND STALE, OR RUBBERY. WEBSITE TO LEAVE FEEDBACK DOES NOT WORK. THE PRICE WAS OVER 10 BUCKS FOR 3 STRIP , SMALL MEAL. I WONT BE BACK. GUY WHO WORKERD THE WINDOW WAS GREAT!

My food was delicious and hot like I like it. The customer service was impeccable. They put everything in my bag without me having to ask. I like the fact that the jalapeño pepper came automatically with my meal. The baked macaroni and cheese was very good, as you can see in my photo ?

Sat. 7.6.24 abt 7PM one of the server was obviously sick. Waiting on my food he was sneezing and wiping his nose. He wash. While preparing my food he was coughing he spur up a heavy string of nasal mucus and vomiting onto the floor. You could hear the splatter as it hit the floor. I cancel and got a refund. We have to exercise the habit NOT TO WORK WHILE SICK! Especially in a establishment serving the public.

We walked in, no other customers present. We stood at the counter for several minutes with no acknowledgment from employees. No hello, welcome or anything else. We finally turned and left. May 29 at approximately 12:30 pm
