Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We got our favorites in the drive through . My wife gets a chocolate milk shake, and i get the pecan cluster Blizzard. Both tasted awful. Like cleaning fluid. We did not have time to go back so i tried to call the listed phone number which would not go through and stated the voice mail was not set up. The best o can do is report it here. No other option.

Horrible! Employees are RUDE and the food is disgusting. Poorly prepared, cold and again the service is just awful here. We’ll never be back here again. If you like DQ I’d drive to the Ozark location just to avoid this location.

Food was prepared decently fast, but the workers didn’t really say anything to us. They weren’t the friendliest and didn’t flip our blizzards. Food was also small portions and not well prepared.

They don't care. Inconsistent too. They never turn the cup upside down like they're supposed because their ice cream isn't thick like it needs to be. And also service sucks.

We came for ice cream. It's was really good and much better than what we got the day before at Chick-fil-A.

For some reason, it seems that this establishment lacks enthusiasm and is beginning to go downhill.

Asked my husband what he ordered literally 12 times. He repeatedly replied no pickles. Guess what.. there are three pickles. He can’t eat it. It’s a simple request he repeated over and over every time they asked. He didn’t check it before leaving because after saying it 12 times you’d think they got the idea.

I was hungry for chicken and it was about 8:30pm. I was headed to another Chicken restaurant when I saw Dairy Queen. So I haven’t been in a while and decided to give them a try. I ordered the 4 piece chicken basket! I asked for onion rings instead of fries, ranch dip, and a small coke. They told me over the intercom it would be 5 minutes, I said no problem. I paid them $13.00 and some change. Which seemed high to me, but what can you do! Anyway at the window the cashier was very friendly and asked me to please pull over and park and they would bring it out to me. Before I pulled off to park I asked for some salt, and napkins. So I pull over to park and about 5 minutes later they brought my food. She handed me a box with no bag. I pulled off and left. I waited a few minutes to eat because it was hot. I opened the box and found a Hand fulls of ketchup, and salt thrown in on top of my freshly cook meal. Who does that! That was gross to me because there is no telling how many, or whose nasty hands have touch all those packs of ketchup and salt! There was no ranch dip in my box. It was hard to eat after knowing this, but I ate some after I dug out all the stuff from off my food. It was good, but dry because I didn’t have any dip! I kept finding salt under my chicken. Any way! I waited until I got home so I could get some dip, by this time my hot chicken and onion rings were cold. Anyway that was my experience! Please don’t throw dirty ketchup packs on peoples food! Give them a bag and put it in there! If I was not so tired after spending a couple hours in the ER with my mother, I would have taken it back and got my money back and went to the other place.

WOW! This place has really gone downhill. The prior owners took pride in how the facility looked. The overall customer satisfaction, the quality of food, atmosphere, outside parking lot, restrooms etc. The places is decorated now with papers hung on the wall, no AC and rude staff. A manager that seems to not want to be there as well. The uniform attire has changed completely. Staff rude is actually a complimentary word it was worse than rude.

We only wanted a cone but had to wait 20 min. The Iranian lady at register was slow..there were only 2 people in front of us. The prices are ridiculous..JUST UNDER $9 for 2 small soft serve cones.

They never confirm your order they just give you what they want. And always leave food out. Never try to correct their mistakes

I was the only customer and it was lunch time.. Great service and food but way to expensive.. Small sundae was over $4.00.. I understand inflation but I also understand getting ice cream from the grocery store and having more for less money !!

We were here for my daughter's birthday with her friends. We ordered 50 dollars worth of ice cream and the blue raspberry slush was not a slush at all just liquid and the cup it was put it was leaking . When we went to the counter to
ask if it could be made correctly I was told the machine was down and we should have never been allowed to order it. We asked for a refund and it took three different people to get the refund done correctly . Staff was not trained well and need to work on their customer service.

Dear whomever sees this message, I just want you all to know that I did not appreciate the lady working the drive thru giving me my ice cream cone and her hand was touching the cone part. You guys need to be more considerate of the thought of germs that could have been on her hands from handling money and touching other things or maybe she used the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands. That is gross and I will never get another one again. Need gloves when handling people food. All that money y’all got. 😒
