Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I was the only customer and it was lunch time.. Great service and food but way to expensive.. Small sundae was over $4.00.. I understand inflation but I also understand getting ice cream from the grocery store and having more for less money !!

We were here for my daughter's birthday with her friends. We ordered 50 dollars worth of ice cream and the blue raspberry slush was not a slush at all just liquid and the cup it was put it was leaking . When we went to the counter to
ask if it could be made correctly I was told the machine was down and we should have never been allowed to order it. We asked for a refund and it took three different people to get the refund done correctly . Staff was not trained well and need to work on their customer service.

Dear whomever sees this message, I just want you all to know that I did not appreciate the lady working the drive thru giving me my ice cream cone and her hand was touching the cone part. You guys need to be more considerate of the thought of germs that could have been on her hands from handling money and touching other things or maybe she used the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands. That is gross and I will never get another one again. Need gloves when handling people food. All that money y’all got. 😒

Ashamed ! Times which indicate 9 p.m. but at 8 a.m. it is impossible to return. So we had an ice cream without the possibility of going to the toilet.

10/29/24 I had Picked up fries and a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake was nasty tasted like expired milk. It also had black pieces in it, Not sure if they added like Oreos but it was supposed to be a regular Chocolate milkshake. And the fries were cold and stale.

We stopped in after our class at the community college for a treat. I had the Peanut Butter Cup Pie Blizzard and my husband had the Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard. They were the best ones we've ever had! The candy add-ins were mixed all the way through so we had bits in every bite. The service was friendly and fast. We will visit again.

I have a few things. 1. Why do you not have chocolate cones anymore? For the longest time we could take our daughter to get twist cones and suddenly for the last 2 months there is no chocolate. The drive thru lady yelled at us that they don’t have chocolate ice cream.
2. She was incredibly rude. And I was going to just submit the survey for a nicer response but apparently I can’t take the online survey because it says I’ve recently submitted one, which I have never for dq.
I will not be back because the staff here and so rude. That’s terrible customer service coming from someone who worked consumer service for 6+ years.

I went in this Dairy Queen in Enterprise tonight with my daughter to pick out her birthday cake. I can assure you never again will I step foot in this Dairy Queen. My daughter and I were looking at the cakes trying to figure out which one and which color she wanted. After maybe one minute, the manager came out very rudely and told me I need to close the door. I explained to him we were trying to decide which one we wanted. I said to him how was I supposed to let her choose the one she wanted. He then said, "You need to look through the glass and read sign on the doors. I cannot let all the cold air out of the freezer." Not only was he rude, he was very condescending as he said all this with a big grin on his face. I was dumbfounded and just looked at him for what seemed like forever. My daughter was actually holding a cake. I told her to put that cake back in that freezer. I told him I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me. I told him he was rude and I would not ever be back. He just walked off. Needless to say, I was livid. This type of behavior is not acceptable in any place of business where a customer is buying something from the business. NO STARS.

It's dairy Queen you come here for the fun ice cream and they do a good job. Service is usually pretty quick as well.
