I’m here all the time! They remember my favorite way to make my hot cocoa, always absolute sweethearts, and the place is so cozy! They almost always remember conversation details, even remembered my birthday! And, the new Nutella Croissants are amazing! 10/10 all around!

I went there during a overnight at the Hampton Inn. And the coffee was Great and the Young lady was so friendly and the coffee she recommended so delicious I went there again on the Next Morning. So I met another member if the Team, and she is also a very nice Person. We had a good chat White waiting for the Coffee.

my friend in the picture is the best worker here!!, i kept on coming again and again just to see her because she makes the best coffee EVER and it is so delicious every single time i come!! (i let her choose whatever she wants to make me :3) shes super friendly and easily the best worker here!! we became friends after i came here for a while because shes so sweet and funny :), i look forward to coming back because of her!! (she also works at subway some afternoons as shown in the picture :))

I've been to the enterprise location 4 times now and there just seems to be something off with the coffee. Service is always okay but as a non sweetened coffee beverage consumer I tend to be a bit picky on the coffee itself. When there isn't sugar and flavored syrup to hide behind, the coffee really matters. After giving this location a few go's, I am starting to wonder if it could be the water being used that is making the drinks off putting because the Dothan locations coffee tastes just fine.

We love Dakota Coffee, usually the service is outstanding, however we went through the drive thru at this location this evening before getting on a long road trip journey a head, There were two ladies inside behind the counter 1/20/2025 around 5:30 PM. The blonde lady was taking care of inside customers and then there was a brunette sitting in plain view with her elbow on the counter and head in her hand, playing a game on her laptop and hitting her vape, we just watched her as we waited for the blonde to finish with the inside customer before greeting us at the window to take and make our drink order. Our coffee tonight was wonderful, but If I owned this place I would like to know that someone behind the counter is sitting inside plain view of the drive thru ignoring your customer while playing games and vaping. Doesn't look good.
the staff immediately welcomed me in and my entire visit was very pleasant. the employee lauren was super sweet. she made my drink and it was great. it was my first time coming here and it won’t be my last. keep up the good work guys!

The kids enjoyed the milkshakes, but my husband and I found the frozen green tea entirely bitter and Impossible to drink. One sip, and I now have a stomach ache and feel nausea. I believe it's important to inform customers of the intensity to avoid disappointment. When I called to share my feedback, I was informed that the frozen green tea is prepared with just matcha and milk. I spent $47 on six drinks. So much for treating ourself :(
