They don’t know how to make coffee and for $6 my coffee tasted burnt. I can’t believe there doors are still open. I would recommend you go to a local shop. Hopefully this place shuts down.

Worst coffee I’ve ever had. It’s not even just one time it’s every time. The coffee ain’t real coffee it’s 95% milk. Tastes milky and watered down. Yall gotta do better. Yall trying to save money and it clearly shows. I’ll continue with Dakota coffee or Starbucks. However i will say this…. BEN is amazing and deserves a raise. He knows my order the moment i pull to the menu. The service is great people amazing but coffee HORRIBLE

Most of the time, they do a decent job with my coffee order. One thing you can try that I like is the Frozen Carmel Coffee.

The staff here is awesome—everything is fresh and made to order. Nothing sits around waiting. If a mistake is made, they fix it promptly and without question, free of charge.
The only downside is that they don’t accept American bills, in America, larger than $50. In this digital age, it’s frustrating that large companies don’t embrace cash payments, especially since it could help them avoid credit and debit card fees. It just doesn’t make sense.

Asst. Manager Ben is an asset to the Enterprise location. He greets customers, and runs a tight ship. He is instrumental in the over all operations of DD. Since he has been working there, I know my coffee and order will be correct. All in hospitality and service should strive to be like Ben.

I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the space was, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff, particularly the young man at the counter, demonstrated exceptional customer service—he was not only courteous but also incredibly patient.
During my visit, I met with a group to discuss business, and the same young man went above and beyond by checking on us twice to ensure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced the experience. While I don’t typically frequent Dunkin’ Donuts, this visit has certainly changed my perspective. After such a positive encounter, I’ll be returning more often.
