The girl at the drive threw kept saying there wasn't a meal deal for what we wanted and there was in was over charged the coffee wasn't made correctly and the girl was rude kept pressuring for a tip really a tip in the drive thru come get you stuff together

It's 7:30 an 2 hours before they close and they have no Donuts like just a few how do you run a business if you run out of donuts 2 hours before you close I don't even know how they make money I just don't understand how they could be still in business if they run out of donuts to almost 2 hours before they close I wouldn't bother trying to spend your money there because they don't have anything

Ordered through Uber Eats. Order was missing sandwich and the coffee was hot, not iced as ordered. The sticker on the side of the cup even says Iced.

I ordered a large coffee with halve ice like I do every morning and for some reason this morning they gave me half a cup of coffee and she was very rude. Just lost an everyday customer

The girl Christina there has an attitude problem and should not work customer service at all. First she was rude in the telecom & then at the window. Then get told to pull around and still had to go inside to get the coffee cause no one ever came out. There was also no line at the window and no one inside so it’s not like it was busy. Your employees can literally make or break your shop. I will not be coming here anymore.

I stopped patronizing Dunkin over a year ago, and went to this location because I was on vacation and needed coffee. The first couple visits were fine but then someone decided that refilling my cup was not allowed because it didn't say Dunkin Donuts on it. So they would rather waste a paper cup for me to pour it into my thermos tumbler so they could charge me 4 dollars for a coffee that quite honestly wasn't even hot half the time. What a rip off when gas station coffee is more consistent and costs a quarter of the price.

Both Dunkin locations (Enterprise and Ozark) always have issues. I have to go in every time to get my drink the way it was suppose to be made. Either they leave out the flavor or cream or it tastes burnt. If I place a mobile order they don’t have what I ordered half of the time and they can’t issue a refund? It’s ridiculous.
