Customer service was very unprofessional. I had legit question about the $9 drink I was about to purchase and the young lady was unable to answer any questions. Instead of giving me information she gave me smart mouth remarks. A very strange interaction. If I was the owner of this business I would consider a training program that emphasizes knowledge of the chemicals you are selling and customer service.

The best!
Different from the one back home, but just as good. Very friendly young ladies in there. Asked me what I usually prefer back home, flavors etc and were able to offer a great choice based on that.

Usually I get ok service from the ladies there and the drinks are always delicious but today was very unwelcoming. I was greeted with a very nasty look from one of the ladies when I walked in and just felt so unwelcome overall.
Its the best the flavors are absolutely amazing i love the people who work there i love the teas its just the best!!!

Love this shop!!! The girls are super sweet and always willing to meet your needs quickly and efficiently! I've recommended it so many times now and I've only been visiting it for about a month.
