Ordered the Meatless Beast, was a great meal and seasoned perfectly but the only issue was the ciabatta bread (which I expect to be firm!) was way too hard and dry even for ciabatta.

Extremely expensive for a burger joint. Including tip for 3 burgers, fries and drinks it was over $75!!! Food was average at best.

I recently visited Fatboys in Enterprise, AL with my granddaughter. The buffalo chicken sandwich I ordered tasted like it had been cooked in burnt grease, and my granddaughter didn’t care for her food either. But the real issue happened just after we left the restaurant—I tripped and fell in a hole in the parking lot while carrying my granddaughter, and we both were injured.

When I called the restaurant to report what happened, I was met with a very defensive and uncaring attitude from both the waitress and manager. There was no concern expressed for our wellbeing, just an immediate effort to say it wasn’t their responsibility. I had to call back hours later just to get the name of the property management company.

Even if the fall wasn’t their legal fault, I had just left as a paying customer and tipped over 15% for a meal I could not enjoy. The complete lack of empathy and professionalism was deeply disappointing.
