Food and service were excellent! Only complaint is that it doesn’t require location before ordering or allow you to change location before you checkout. Automatically puts your last location. You go thru the whole process to place the order and it says “you seem far away, is this the correct location”. If you say no it abandons your order and you have to start over. Frustrating! Especially because it also says no refund for wrong location. Make it less likely that someone might do so.

Extremely fresh and delicious food! Even the side salad was crispy and fresh! The amount of meat on the sandwiches is abundant and very tasty!

Was really grossed out, and disappointed by the staff. They were eating at the sandwich prep station. There were probably 10 people sitting down, and 3 people in line. And tbey just ate like they were on break or something. Right in front of us all, and without a care. Had gloves on, and then went back to making orders, as if they hadn't done anything.

We went one night when it was kids night and they were super nice and were trying to give my son extra treats and small gifts like a firehat. I appreciated it.

Ordered online and received a sandwich with hardly anything on it. It was just bread and meat. This is the second time it has happened when ordering online pick-up so I am now writing a review. I've never had this problem when ordering in store from this location. Probably because it gets brought to you at a table in a open basket and you can reject it. Either way, employers need to take more pride in their work.
