Firehouse Subs Enterprise

Ordered online and received a sandwich with hardly anything on it. It was just bread and meat. This is the second time it has happened when ordering online pick-up so I am now writing a review. I've never had this problem when ordering in store from this location. Probably because it gets brought to you at a table in a open basket and you can reject it. Either way, employers need to take more pride in their work.

My fiancé and I came in the other week and walked out without ordering after observing a couple of things while waiting for the cashier to complete a call with a customer. 1) One of the workers behind the counter making subs itched behind his ear with his glove on and then proceeded to finish preparing the subs. DISGUSTING! 2) I glanced over at the drink machine, and it was equally as filthy. We walked out and don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

Their portions are 90% bread and a slice of meat. What used to be a hearty meal is now the same price for less food. The staff is also slow and lazy. I ordered a turkey sub and they said they didn’t have the turkey ready?? I ordered online and when I arrived at my pickup time I still waited for 15 minutes.
Do not eat here. Zero stars.

Staff were so incredibly friendly. One guy actually came out from behind the counter and help an old couple walk their order to their table.
Staff works very hard to fill online orders and serve incoming customers. They fill a lot of online orders so please be patient.

I paid for my food and just left. This is probably the worst firehouse I've ever been to. You can have my money, you'll never get my business again

We order online accidentally at the firehouse in Troy and they were very understanding and helped us out.

Staff was friendly and pleasant. Made me feel like my business was appreciated. It was so nice to be waited on by someone that was actually proud to have a job and didn’t mind working. They did a great job and worked well with each other. A great team effort!

They would not honor their advertised special. They disconnected their internet so the APP could not be used. I called them and they would not honor the 50% discount over the phone. They lied and said it was a Corporate issue. I used the same APP for Ozark store and no issue. They called Corporate and we're told no issue. Great service in Ozark, poor dishonest management in Enterprise Alabama. Ozark is only 9 minutes further, guess who will feed my crew again.

I do not recommend this restaurant to eat at or to work at. The young immature staff is unprofessional and do not care about getting your order correct. also they pick and bully other individuals who work there. I know from experience and daily monitoring of a situation. I will not spend a dime of my money with this establishment ever again. I do not trust the staff making sandwiches because if immature behavior so I'm almost certain food is probably handled In the same manner. I'll go elsewhere. but I do not recommend working here for anyone.

Awful! They ran out of sweet tea before 8 pm and didn't make any more. They didn't change their gloves between sandwiches and got red sauce all over everything. The bag, receipt, sandwich box, and my sandwich. Talk about cross contamination. This one just keeps going downhill. Sad.

Great service, good sandwich, just too small for $10... not filling.
