I've had many problems with this Hardees. And PLENTY of other people have too. First, I'm one person that usually spend about $100 on just 1 order, and still have problems with the order or the employees. But this time it was just 2 mushroom and Swiss sandwiches and extra mushroom sauce on the side (which I had to pay for; not cheap). And they can't even bother to fill up the tiny container. See the pic.

Order the new Frisco burger it did not have the bacon on it. And it was cold and the fries were cold too.

I ordered the candied bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, anticipating something different than the traditional bacon, egg and cheese. But in my opinion, that's exactly what I got. No different but more expensive. I even ate a piece of the bacon by itself and tasted no sugar or sweetness of any kind.

We liked the food so the cooks did very well but that was the worst service I had ever had. My husband asked “Just one second please” when we pulled up around 1pm to which the person replied LOUDLY “NO.” We thought it was a joke at first but the rest of the interaction from the order taking to the window was just the same attitude unfortunately. It definitely felt like we were never welcome there nor did they want anyone there. I wish we had just drove off from the beginning.

On Saturday, November 16th, I took my significant other to Hardee's #1501343 for breakfast claiming Hardee's had the best. I ordered Steak and Egg biscuit and he had. The breakfast platter. The eggs were fried and over cooked. I went this morning, thinking Saturday was an off day for the cook. I was expecting the scambled egg patty on my Steak biscuit and his sausage biscuit . Again, the eggs were over fried and rubbery.

I just asked for mayonnaise on my burger and ranch was suppose to come with my chicken wrap. Neither one had them on it. She got right on her phone real quick after she gave me my order! 🙄😠 Food was hot and fresh though!

Dont play about anyone food. If someone ask to prepare there food and ask specifically can u prepare it a certain way and you agree to prepare it a like they ask and do what you want! Just tell me you cant and ill take my business somewhere else. Its a shame that it cost you money to take the mess back! Yes i paid to take that mess back to them.Cold food and seem like it been out for hours. No apologies or nothing just was told they are busy. I mean really! It was so bad i paid to send it back and they didnt even want to look at the mess they sent me! Smh!!
