I had the pulled pork dinner, the serving size was generous and the french fries were hot. However, the pulled pork did not have much flavor. It seemed more like steamed pork than smoked! Barbecue sauce was a very thin, watery tomato based sauce without much flavor. Flavorless on top of flavorless

This place has horrible customer service. They are super stingy with sour cream even if u pay for extra u get attitude. Today was my last straw. I placed an order through door dash paid for extra sour cream and ranch and queso and guess what none of those were in there. I called and they said come back up and we live a good piece away and it was a horrible monsoon flood rain. Soooo no way to go back. Call and tell them we can't come back due to weather could they refund our missing items told no contact door dash because yes that's what I want to do on Mother's Day is stay on the phone with doordash for hours. Their food is meh for the price. Not our first problems here heard they were under new owners ha still stucks. Go anywhere else. Also they tye up the bag so u can't check the items

Hook's BBQ is on point, I been in many BBQ restaurant's all over the US, and for sure I will comeback whenever I visit Alabama again. I order the 2 meat plate, potato salad and green beans and everything was amazing and so was the service! Seriously. The place is very relax and clean. Want real BBQ flavor? Look no further.

Hubby and I both had the large rib plate. Our ribs were tasty even without sauce. Staff was friendly and it didn't take too long to get our food. I brought mine home as it was a lot of food. This was our 2nd time eating here. We will be back..

We have ate here a couple of times and it was very delicious every time and very friendly waitress!!
Older lady running the register was nice. Food was so over priced. $8 for a grilled cheese kids meal. The piece of cake you get is so small. The potato salad was all watery! Also I was charged a fee to use a debit card. Only credit cards charge a processing fee so basically ripped off for using my own money. Won’t be going back there.

Came out to enterprise today from Dothan to shop and wanted to try some good BBQ. This place was NOT that. Walked in the door and got greeted by no one. The lady at the register looked angry to even be working. We had to say hello to her when we got to the register because we still weren’t greeted even when getting to the register. We got a rib plate, they had absolutely no flavor at all. The BBQ sauce you can grab yourself for the meats tasted like pure ketchup.
Please do yourself a flavor and go down the road to Larry’s BBQ, all I can say.
