Restaurant was sub-par, warm and grungy looking, so was the service. But that’s not even the WORST part. They tried to charge me $9.99 because I gave my ONE YEAR OLD a handful of noodles off my plate and they apparently have a “no sharing” policy and this includes infants in highchairs who do not eat a full meal or order their own plate. He consumed, no lie, MAYBE two tablespoons of cheap ramen noodles off my plate and they lost their mind and tried to charge me $9.99. 0/10 recommend this place. Just don’t do it. Unless you like flies flying ‘round while you eat and being charges $10 bucks for giving your baby a mouthful of noodles.
Pretty good food. Ask for recommendations while you are stacking your plate to make sure you get the most delicious meal.

Wasn't sure what to expect when coming here. They have a buffet style stir fry hibachi system as well as a menu if you prefer that instead. Ive tri
ed different things and all have been amazing. The employees are super nice and will answer any questions you have. Since coming here for the first time it's become a weekly tradition for my wife and I to eat here. I highly recommend it.

First time going here on 09/18/2024. We went for my daughter’s birthday. To start, the food wasn’t was I was hoping for or expecting for the price. The food was tough, chewy, and undercooked. Secondly, our waitress NEVER checked on us. We had to call for her just to get refills. We asked for to go boxes for the kids that didn’t finish their food, and she never returned with them. That leads me to my biggest disappointment. Our waitress charged us a gratuity because we had a party of 9. Nowhere is it advertised they charge gratuity, but that isn’t too big of a deal because most places charge gratuity for a party that size….However, when our waitress wouldn’t do her job because she KNEW she was going to be getting an almost $30 “tip” for NO work, we weren’t too happy. When we explained the situation to the rude lady at the front desk, she fought taking off the gratuity. She called our waitress over and started speaking in their native language. The waitress agreed to remove the gratuity charge. The lady at the front desk then proceeds to snatch the ticket/bill from my hand, slam it down on the counter, then snatched my credit card from my hand, tossed the card back to me after she scanned it, and then THREW a pen at me to sign the receipt. We will NEVER be back, and would not recommend them to anyone, especially for any family events or gatherings.

This was as disappointing as it could be.... Very friendly staff. No complaints there. But the food itself was terrible. I'm sorry. The meat choices are raw and kept out in the open, nothing was covering it, which I found pretty disturbing. But even after adding seasoning, it tasted awful. I spent $45 and only ate part of my order of crab Rangoon, because only parts of them could be eaten the rest were hard as a rock. The tempura shrimp wasn't too bad. But the noodles, which is what I was looking forward to the most, were sooo bland and just awful. So it got thrown away. I won't be back. Until they make some serious changes with the way the meat is handled, seasoning options, etc. But the meat is the most important because it can make people sick if it's handled badly and or from cross contamination. It should be kept frozen at the very least.

You select raw ingredients of what you want, stack the bowl as high as you want. All kinds of veggies, beef, pork, chicken, fish, shrimp, clams, scallops, eggs, tofu and more. Probably 12 different sauces to choose from as well.

Visited for the first time last night, and the food was really good! The service was adequate, and the atmosphere seemed friendly. My mom and dined in, and I decided to order a box to go - which is paid by the pound.
But beware of what is boxed in your to-go order as somehow, what you put in your bowl doesn’t always end up on your plate. I didn’t pay much attention to my receipt, but from what I remember, my to-go order was about $14.99. I’m not too familiar with the weight of food and how much equals a pound, but the to-go price, not including seafood, was about $11/lb. So I just assumed my bowl was packed heavier than I thought. But when I came home, and opened the to go order, there were 2 shrimp and a piece of crab meat in my order. I only put beef in my bowl to go, and did not choose any other protein. Th e to-go order was already boxed and bagged, so I didn’t check prior to leaving the restaurant. I don’t know if it was an honest mistake by the chef by mixing ingredients together on the flat top, as they cook many orders at one time, but I know for certain i chose not to select any seafood as the price was higher. I will still visit the restaurant as the food and service was good, but if you make a to-go order you hold yourself in the restaurant, please be sure to check before you leave to ensure no additional ingredients are added to your plate that you did not select.

Food good. Situation you eat, pay for your food and your tip then your son says that I cannot finish my food so you want to take his little bit home. Then they want to charge you an additional $7 to take his food home.

I would recommend but I wouldn’t go when they are busy. I made my bowl with chicken and I got several pieces of shrimp. I hate shrimp so I picked them off, but if you have a seafood allergy I would definitely be careful and make them aware.
