Ordered a pizza only to find out it was a cheese pizza... literally just cheese. No sauce. No toppings. Just cheese. I went back to the store but was told there was no manager and that they didn't know what to do. I made a complaint via email and review about the situation, but it has been a week and I have still not heard anything back. $13 wasted, and a sad Friday night.

I use to enjoy eating here. The new owners have let it go to crap. They won't honor any of the national deals. NO MIX AND MATCH at 6.99. No longer have the lunch specials sub OR pizza and drink deal. In the store they advertise pizza, sub or one other item for 8.99 each but only if you order online. Go ahead and check online or call in the store.

Apparently the cook doesn’t know how to cook a simple cheese pizza. It was burnt.
The pizzas may very well be good but what is not good are the customer orders on multiple occasions I have had to cancel the orders due to the local delay, they take too long

Everything was going well until our order was ready in under half the time we were told to expect. It became clear that both of our pizzas weren’t freshly made to order but rather pre-prepared. While I'd be open to giving them another chance, considering the price I paid, I’m not sure I will.
