Absolutely horrible! They DO NOT listen to your order or give you what you ordered. Just a rip off!!
I made an order online. I got a lot of stuff. You can see on the pic. I asked for a lot of sauces, and I got zero sauces with this order. Even though I spent about $100. To add to that crap; when I got there, the employees were all sitting in the parking lot and were shocked and upset when I showed up. This is really sad.
Ordered two mashed potatoes bowls and the chicken was overcooked and hard, corn tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Side of Mac and cheese was cold not even room temperature. Fries and chicken little sandwich were both overcooked and hard as a rock and sandwich bun thought I was going to chip a tooth. Tried calling the so called business multiple times with no answer just busy tones. Would not recommended to anyone not even a death row inmate.

My husband and I ordered from here via DoorDash tonight. We ordered the chicken wrap combo, 1 Mac n cheese chicken wrap and 1 famous bowls. then we got a call from DD saying KFC hasn’t had the chicken wraps since last March so we’d have to place an order for something else… annoying but fine. We ordered two famous bowls, fries, 1 chicken little and 1 lemonade cranberry drink. It arrives and the fries are burnt beyond being able to eat. I went to take a bite of the chicken little and dang near chopped a tooth. The bread was hard as a rock and the mayonnaise was extremely thick -clearly they gave me an old sandwich. The cranberry lemonade was just lemonade… even better they still charged my husband for the chicken wrap he didn’t get. Food is too expensive for them to be serving things we cannot even eat.
So this is the kind of service you get, their phone was going straight to busy so nobody can answer the phone to make sure that my sauce is not forgetting from my food like last time! They need to do better!

Got their at 10:30 just as the door was unlocked. The bathroom was already disgusting. It definitely hasn’t been cleaned in a minute. The whole place is mismanaged and the employees don’t give a crap about keeping it nice. I decided to not eat here because of poor cleanliness. Sickness waiting to happen

They never get the order right. When I order 12 tenders, I want 12 tenders, not boned! Crying kids, angry husband, never again

Ants everywhere! We came shortly after opening for an early lunch. Half the tables were dirty with food smeared on them. There was crumbs on the floor with hundreds of ants on it. When leaving the rug at the entrance was covered in thousands of ants. Definitely the dirtys place I have ever ate.

We placed a mobile order and went to pick it up was told to park and they would bring it out ok. So we parked and about 25 mins later a worker came out and told us our order did not matter cause they had some dark meat special going on and those orders mattered more. He also said they only had one fryer and no oven. At that point u need to close. This was June 11. Then they didn't refund us I had to call a few days later to get a refund. They were also cancelling doordash orders. I know this cause the guy when he came out to us he told us to call the customer and tell them to cancel their order. He wasn't even getting we had a mobile order which we told him repeatedly.
