Has been a while since I visited this place, and it definitely has changed. The service is great and pizza was hot unlike last visit. Kristi was fun, energetic, and made the atmosphere of the restaurant very inviting. Kimalie has done a very fine job with this crew to turn LC around.

if i could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the register had glasses and told me 20 minutes ago there was nothing they could do about our order. We ordered under Neil Burnside and our italian cheesy bread was horrible. We order from here every week. We also order large amounts. Theres no way this was made fresh. It had almost no flavor, it was tough to eat, and it was super dry. Like I said we order all the time,we know the difference, and this location is usually spot on but this was awful and to be shrugged at and told theres nothing we will do was ridiculous. She did not care at all. Its okay though. We wont be ordering from here anymore and will be making it clear to our friends to go to another location as well.I guess being a regular loyal customer means nothing to this company.

The pizza and breadsticks were in the pizza portal for all of 30 seconds and the breadsticks were room temperature. I was waiting in the store already because it took longer than expected.

All staff were great, manager on duty (Kimalie) was amazing!! Awesome food and service!?
This place was busy! There were atleast 6-7 people in the store when I walked in to grab my pizza out of the portal using the code provided to me by the ordering app. I was IN and OUT. And the only reason I came here to leave a review was due to the fact that the pizza was great. It was fresh and delicious. I didn’t have to talk to anyone. In fact, I was going to call them on the telephone and tell them, “great job!” but I decided they’re probably to busy to pick up the phone. Great job on the pizza!

I choose to not be anonymous. I have endured five brain surgeries in four years, two major vascular surgeries and have developed Epilepsy as a result of my brain trauma. I have a Government Certified Service Dog that is trained to alert when I'm going to have a seizure, as I myself, like many people who suffer with Epilepsy don't even know that they are about to seize. I attempted to walk into Little Caesars and just order pizza, before I even crossed in, I was very disrespectful talked to and rudely told no pets, I showed his Registered Service ID, I was told because he wasn't in his vest, and being held, I couldn't simply walk in and order. I am a God fearing woman and you get what you give... I hope you enjoy the repercussions of denying a service animal.... I will be contacting the local American Disability office, Health Department, like the manager smerkily suggested I do as he rudely told me to get out, the Disability office and my attorney!!!! Such disrespectful service to paying customers, I'll never give another penny to this pizza chain!!! And I shared my thoughts on my social media platforms, it's been re-shared 32 times thus far, and retweeted 56!!!!!

I asked for Parmesan and the manager was rude and said we haven't offered that in years. Well you should because I don't eat pizza without it. And if I was going to a different store to buy some, I may as well make my own pizza.
