i was greeted by a very handsome friendly lightskin black fellow immediately upon entering the store. i watched as he took my order and ran to the back to prepare it. i ordered a club and it was done in 2 minutes and 23 seconds and it was the best food i have ever received from any restaurant. i could tell it was prepared with nothing but love. this was truly the best experience i could have ever asked for, all made possible by Logan Micheal Anderson III

I went into Mcallisters deli on a busy Sunday after my morning church service to be greeted by a very welcoming smile and welcome in. I walked to the counter to then encounter a very welcoming gentleman named sawyer. He took my order and made sure that I got everything I wanted off of it off. I proceeded to sit down and the food was out in rather slow pace but I understood as there lobby was packed. I just wanted to say thank you to sawyer and to the amazing cooks they have in the back as my food was bomb.com

didn’t catch his name but the young man behind the counter and who brought me my food was the kindest person i’ve interacted with in a restaurant in a long time and he was willing to help me with anything i needed. the food was great but the service from this young man alone made this an amazing experience

The manager’s are always so friendly and accommodating, and willing to help out with any issues. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I have fond memories of going to the one in Biloxi when I was stationed there, the one in Dothan isn’t remotely as accommodating.

I got a half a sandwich and a baked potato the sandwich is just a big mess I didn't get my honey mustard the potato was cold and all the manager could say was they can't help how long it takes for my driver to get there she sat there for 20 minutes I watched her the sandwich is a mess I don't think I'll buy anything from them again

Went there. It was a very busy Sunday. The quality of the food was great. The service was also good. The workers there were kind.
Service wise, they forgot cheese on my blt that I paid extra for, & 1 of my 4 sandwiches in the order was the incorrect sandwich. Luckily, I was eating in, and they promptly and courteously fixed it.
The restaurant was clean, & I'd eat here again, no problem.
They have Military discount as well.

I absolutely love McAlister. The spuds are always on point. The choose 2 always gives you great options. Salads are great. Honestly I wish these were around in more places I go. Definitely in my home state of NC. I would like for there to be better sugar free options on drinks, but honestly that's just nit-picking. 🦈💙

I went there today June 29, 2025 wanting a light lunch. I ordered a grilled cheese some chips and a tea. The food took a long time to come out even though they were not low on staff. When my food did arrive my grilled cheese was completely burnt to a crisp to the point that my bread was hard as rocks. The cook a blonde lady rolled her eyes at the thought of me wanting a new one made that was not burnt. When they brought the new one it was not toasted much at all she pretty much put a cheese sandwich on the plate and called it a day. The service was horrible the food could have been good if it was made by someone who cared about their job even a little bit.
