Liz was very nice and helpful. The manger with the pink hair was rude. I have been waiting on my order for over 20 mins, I ask about how much longer it will be and she replied with an attitude “It’s not ready!”. I try to be patient, I worked fast food (McDonald’s), you need to be more polite to your customers

I ordered the strips with hot mustard and didn’t get my sauce. How hard is it to put sauce in the bag. I worked there before and this happened all the time and people just didn’t care. There is three different places with sauces. How hard is it to look and put the sauce in the bag. All I really wanted was my sauce.

This location demonstrated an astonishing level of incompetence and dishonesty.

We were clearly instructed by staff to pull into mobile pickup parking spot #3 and then left there for approximately 40 minutes with zero communication. When two of us finally approached the drive thru window to ask what was going on, we were met with hostile, rude, and aggressive behavior instead of a basic explanation.

Staff then flatly denied giving us the instruction to park, which is either a failure of memory or a deliberate lie. Neither is acceptable.

When the food finally arrived, my burger was entirely incorrect, despite me verifying the order multiple times beforehand. While it was eventually remade, the staff refused to provide a sauce that we had already paid for, claiming they could not give out “free” sauce. This was false. The sauce was on the receipt. To make the excuse even more ridiculous, they handed us multiple ketchup packets we did not request or pay for.

The refusal was not about policy. It was retaliatory because we insisted they correct their own mistakes.

Mistakes happen in fast food. Lying to customers, refusing paid items, and responding with aggression when called out is unprofessional and unacceptable. Management should seriously reevaluate who they put behind the counter.

Stopped around 9am for a Steak Bagel, and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Everything was fresh and hot just the way I love it.

I am sick and absolutely tired of this sorry excuse of a McDonald’s. Every single time we have a mobile order it gets lost and we’re at the store 45+ mins. This is absolutely ridiculous and yall need to get new management in here.

I’m a little confused. What is the point of having a 24 hr Mcds if you go at 3:30am and are told that they don’t start serving breakfast until 4:30 and they are down until then? And not in a very professional manner. It was more like “how dare we bother her at this time”. I just picked up my daughter from traveling from Honduras on a mission trip and she really wanted a hashbrown.

I usually come here to eat but the manager on duty at 12:47pm was rude. You can here her yelling at the crew. and I ordered sauces on the kiosk where it does not charge me. I go to get the sauce and the manager got a attitude when I told her the kiosk does not charge. Maybe if the kiosk charged it would not be a problem. but the fact that I went to get sauces and instead of being nice she chose to get a attitude I definitely will not be eating here again if she the manager on duty.

The server who took my order was very polite, but our food was not edible, the chicken nuggets were so hard we couldnt eat them and our burgers looked like hockey pucks. The fries were even soggy and not fresh at all and considering how busy they were we should have gotten fresh food

Don't come to this McDonald's on boil weevil cr in enterprise al they scammed me out of $26 on 10/25/2025... 2:59 am I have proof that I placed the order and never got my 5 fish 🐟 fillets an now they won't refund me my money, I tried to call the manager, but they lied like they took down my name, number, and email..then I get to McDonald's on 10/29/2025 10:00 pm and the manager is being rude.
