Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for kids .
Wheelchair accessibility: At the front of McDonald's they do have handicap ♿️ parking and are able to use a wheelchair if need be.

Pretty inconsistent, but great for a McDonald’s. It’s sort of something you expect with this franchise.

I've gotten super sick twice from eating here. Not sure if it's this McDonald's specific or just the highly processed food nowadays but just don't do it!

Ordered quarter pounder meal large with a cheeseburger. They charged nine dollars and change. They moved me to third window and had me wait about 15 minutes. I drove around as I an an amputee. They told me I paid for a cheeseburger and fries and drink. I asked the manager why they didn't tell me. When I offered my card they told me I had to drive around again. I just took what I paid for and zi will NEVER RETURN!!!!!!

This is the second time that I’ve ordered through the app and I haven’t received my food, the first time I used 6000 points to redeem a Quarter Pound and when I got there they said that they didn’t have my order, but it took my points that I earned. This time I paid for the online order and once again they said that they didn’t have my order, I want my money back and no one seems to want to give up the manager information

Really good visit here this morning. The order was taken immediately. Food was hot and delicious and filled in timely manner.

Had a male and female employee bring me my food curbside. No one else was there I don't think, maybe one other car. I opened my door to take the food, and didn't say much, probably thank you as I normally would. Out of nowhere, the male employee starts making a snide comment about something (either something about my car or me idk) "What?! Why the F..." and trailed off. He then started snorting and laughing to himself like an idiot.
I give the female coworker a confused look which she returned like she had no idea what was so funny either. I politely said, "Excuse me?" and he stumbled away back to the building muttering "Nevermind, I'm not EVEN gonna ask" contiuously giggling and snickering.
The poor coworker looked at me apologetically, and said she didn't know what he was talking about. I asked for his name, which she gave me. Bc I had my two small children in the car (one of whom is nonverbal), I decided I couldn't deal with it right then and drove home. Way across town.
I called the manager after I got my children settled at home. She stated that her name was Lauren (I suspect she was lying), and I explained what happened. She sounded amused, like she was fighting back laughter. Idk these ppl, and if they know me, then I must have fans. But it just seemed hilarious to both her and the employee, Malachi.
I asked that my order be fully refunded due to the extremely immature and poor customer service I received. She stated that I'd have to come inside the store to get a refund, which I cannot do due to a disability. After frequent requests, they refused to make reasonable accommodations.
I've been knowing this location is pure garbage, but this is next level. I'll never eat at any McDonald's again. Food is trash anyway. And if that is the sort of management I can expect, and it's already overpriced....nah. I'll wait until full automation, or until I no longer have to deal with immature employees.
Oh, and babes, that automation IS COMING. Just saw a video this morning of a fully automated fast food restaurant. Cannot wait. 😚
Both of these employees need to be terminated. I find this incredibly odd considering I drive a very vanilla car. Yes, some things on it are broken temporarily. Nothing is that obvious or hilarious though. Other than that, I can't imagine what was so funny. Like, you work at McDonald's...
I strongly suspect they were stoned or drunk. Just my opinion, but you might want to look into that if you are over these stores.
Edit: I did end up contacting the regional franchisee, and they could not have cared less. They offered me a gift card for the amount of my order, which means they acknowledge that they failed to make reasonable accomodations in the first place. I did not accept it. Lawsuit incoming. 😘

Nothing like leaving early for work so you can get some breakfast, only to roll into the drive thru, tell them your whole order, then get a "we're not taking any orders right now" reply

Not open 24 hours idk what they are talking about needed breakfast at 4am before a flight and they said good morning not open goodbye 😂
Pulled 9 cars to the side. Then get food and fries are cold. Not the first time this happened here 1/10 times I’ve gotten fresh fries here and been pulled to curbside for a 20 min wait to get cold fries.
