Moe's Southwest Grill

I order through Uber eats and it was the most nasty food ever. It’s not even Mexican food they should change the menu because we work hard to pay too much for the food and it comes up nasty

Sometimes the rice is crunchy and I don't like that and they don't always have cilantro lime rice like they're supposed to but it is Under New Management so hopefully this will change

Quite expensive from what I remember the last time I went to one. Made the mistake of getting the Moe's sauce-was very spicy & hot

The owner of this Moes needs to sell to someone that knows how to run a restaurant. The food the last few times seams like it has sat out all day and not fresh at all. I was doing online order almost every day spending a lot of money here. I was hoping to get the quality that I get at every other moes besides this one. The last straw was today when the online was having issues and I went in to tell the manager/owner that I was unable to redeem queso dip and he rudely told me to go to the back of the line and wait to get queso even though my order was already done he was absolutely no help what so ever and very rude. He lost my business along with all my followers and family. Lucky for him I have a friend that knows some high up people at the franchise owner office. Hopefully they fill force this guy to sell.

Was really looking forward to getting a bowl bc I haven't gone in a while (for the same reason I walked out today) the food looked like it had been sitting out for a few days and old! The rice was dry, the meat looked questionable the beans somehow looked burnt and uncooked at the same time and it was honestly dirty and gloomy looking as a whole. Really disappointed and I hope that they can get their crap together to give us some decent food like they used to!

They closed over a half hour before scheduled hours with no explanation. It was 8:15pm on a Friday when all hours (Google, website, store front door) all say 9pm. Employee stood behind the food bar and watched us try to enter the locked doors and turned her back to us. Super rude and unprofessional. If you have to close early at least put a sign on the door saying you had to close early. We always have issues with this Moe's but this by far has been the most unprofessional.

I wish I could give lower of a score. I walk in no one is in there, which is very Unusual for moes in enterprise I didn’t proceeded to A burrito with rice, black beans, steak, cheese, lettuce, pico, sour cream. My rice, Days old it’s hard everybody I take it hard. My steak is shreds. It is not steak. They didn’t have pico and the lettuce look just as old. There was no manager in the building when I came. This place is disgusting. It needs to be shut down. The owner should be ashamed.

First and last time eating at this Moe's. Placed an online order. Food was ready and bagged up when I got there at exactly my provided time- so that was good. BUT it seems like the chicken had been sitting out all day, it was SO hard. They forgot salsa on one part of our order and the cheese dip on the other part was very scarce. Food was also cold when I got home- I like 4 mins from this location and came straight home. The rice in my bowl also seemed undercooked but that could have been hard pieces of food I was getting. The taste was fine, but the quality was subpar.

They had a gas leak earlier this morning and didn't even let their employees go home. They had them in the building with masks on. The owner and manager clearly don't care about their employees. Sad sad sad.

Hands down worst Moses I’ve ever been to. Food cold and stale only one salsa to choose from no ice for drink and beverage missing from machine

I like a good burrito and Moe's sells burritos! They give you chips with your order and have a salsa bar. Their food is not always super fresh looking. Other than that I generally like the place and I keep going back.

This location for Moe’s is disgraceful. The last three times I have been- once they were “out of rice”, second they were “out of steak” and lastly they were out of all toppings! No tomatoes or pico nothing. I will not waste my time there again just to be treated rudely for it

me and my sister went to moe’s for the first time saturday night!(09/21/24) not only was the food amazing but so was the service. Kaydence went above and beyond! she had such an amazing attitude. the whole staff was so sweet! we will definitely be back soon!

Parking: there are two parking spots right in the front. so not much walking!

Ordered a barritoe and barley got and of the ground beef the person making the food wasn't even concerned about the customers needs
