CEO, if you read this give Alex his own store. Home boy took care of us and went out of his way to make sure we went home happy.

Just walked in to Panda Express as I do every day for lunch and I always order my food fresh and I'm always willing to wait and so I order my food and was told that they cannot cook my food fresh unless they are out of the food I'm asking for so in other words I can't come up here and order my food fresh I think y'all need to tighten up on how you're doing things I've been coming there for years ordering my food fresh every time I come in unless the food was just made and I mean just made if not I order it fresh and to be told that I cannot have fresh order of food is completely unprofessional and that is not how a business is ran I have met the district manager to this place and she's a very nice lady and I think if she was there she would not have let this go down like it did
We just arrived at 9pm on a Saturday to get takeout and witnessed them locking the doors before we could go in. Their hours say they close at 9:30. So I guess they just close when they want to now.

I know people hate on panda express but (speaking as an Asian), I don't see why. The food at this outlet is always fresh and very reasonably priced. Get a large box for $11.50 and that's easily two meals if you're not a big eater.

Don’t go thru the drive-thru unless you want small portions. There was a gross difference in the amount of food we received. Very disappointed.

I have come twice, I have always ordered takeout and when I arrive it is never ready, it's like customers who order online have less rights than those who order there
I waited for 10 minutes without anyone assisting me. The woman who was helping the person before me could have easily made my plate and checked us both out, but instead, they stood there waiting for him pay but then had to wait to sign into something. This experience was frustrating, and I won’t be returning.”

I ordered 2 plates through an app. I arrived 15 min after my “be ready by” time and no order was prepared for me. I checked and the app stated that the order was completed which was not true. I waited patiently until the cashier rung up 2 guests to see if she would take care of me. She ignored me so I finally went up to her and said I have an online order. She stated she would take care of people ordering food who were standing in line first before she would help me. What’s the point of ordering ahead when people who come in to the store to order will get their orders first?
The food was ok, rice was dried out and my walnut shrimp (that is a premium entry) smelled like it was fried in a very old oil.
Disappointing experience, especially comparing to other Panda Expresses that I’ve been to.

My family drove through Enterprise and decided to give this Panda Express a try.
Both of us ordered bowls. Mine had fried rice and Angus beef while my wife order included 1/2 rice 1/2 noodles and orange chicken. The meat and noodles were great. Like with any visit to a Panda Express, the rice cooks under the hot lamps and dries out. Otherwise, our food rating would be a "5".
We were greeted by the staff as we walked in, and sat down with our meal in less than 3 minutes. Fast and personable.
There were not that many guests in the restaurant at the time we were there, but there were a few tables that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The drink area had a towel that was in front of the tea bins to keep the excess tea from getting away. VERY unsanitary!
The eating area needed a little attention overall, but the service and the food were really good.
