I’m a regular customer, I eat panda 2-3 times a week. I always get stuck with Maddison at the window but there’s been too many times where she gives me the wrong order and today was one of them. I’m just getting annoyed of the same mistakes from this person, I double ask for condiments and still don’t even receive anything. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from drive thru anymore. I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks this. Every time the receipt order is different from what I ordered. I’m just hoping there is changes.

Did a mobile order when I got there food was not ready. Service at the window was rude. The way I receive my food. It came out. The plate. Service has got bad. food is always good. That’s not the problem.

Please adjust your hours. I went at 10:20am to pick up a few to-go orders for lunch. When I arrived Madison said there was no food ready for 20-25 minutes. If you open at 11am please say so! It's not opening at 10am if all I can get is a drink and rice.
3 customers waiting and a 4th just pulled up. So it's not just me trying to get a jump on lunch.
** Edit: Went up to the counter after 25 minutes. Madison said it'll be another 15 and walked away. Food wasn't all prepared until 10:59am. So not 20-25 minutes, it was 40 minutes.
The bright spot was Tiffany! When I went to check again Tiffany came from out of thin air, apologized and wrote down my order to speed things up when it was ready. I appreciated the extra thought and smile from Tiffany. I was admittedly annoyed by the shrugs from Madison and the long wait, but I honestly walked out happier after Tiffany. Give her a raise!
Myself and my wife came in for dinner the food was awesome, and the employees were fantastic I would recommend people stopping in trying that great food

Went thru the drive thru with mom tonight. The chicken entrees were good but the chow mein noodles tasted old and like rubber and color was dark brown they also smelled bad. Worst chow mean noodles I've ever had. I pulled them all out 😫

9/16/25 Lobby closed at 8:43 PM with a restaurant close time of 9:30. Even though I inform him that is was a to-go order I was told only Doordashers could go in.

I mean it was okay our order was wrong wasn't even put in the system right but the server did correct it and apologized but wouldn't recommend am willing to give it another try

We went to try and grab dinner and we had one person in front of us. They had one order maybe two plates! It’s 430pm. Not busy! And we sat there for 20 mins plus. When we pulled up nobody took out payment, we could see our food sitting there! Terrible customer service!

They need to prepare more meat without so much veggies or peppers. I'm allergic to peppers and I have only 2 choices in that store.
