had a scary experience with a man under the influence of drugs harassing me and my friends. the staff ensured we felt safe as we waited for our food to be finished and offered to have one of the male staff walk us out. he made sure we got to our car safely and they promptly called the police who later escorted the man out!

We went in around 8pm. Sign said they closed at 9pm. We ordered our food, then went ti make our drinks. By 8:30 they are draining all the drinks. We couldnt refill our tea. Our sandwiches were not hot as we requested. Our onion soup was so cold it never melted the cheese. Disappointed. But hey the restaurant was mostly clean.

I keep trying to give this location the benefit of doubt and I keep regretting it! Every time I order through drive thru or delivery the order is incorrect!! Is it really that difficult?? Everything was checked off on the receipt and yet not in the bag. 1 item missing and 1 incorrect. I won’t be returning.

I've been to this location a few times, the food is great and usually, the employees are polite and helpful. There is one employee named Jessie that whenever she has been the one working has been rude to customers and staff, on her phone, cussed, and talked badly about other coworkers/customers loud enough for me to hear. If this is the kind of person Panera is ok with representing them, then I won't be coming back.

Very poor service 3 out of the 5 times I've been. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.

"Chunky avocado spread, everything bagel seasoning, sliced tomatoes, and garlic aioli on Country Rustic Sourdough bread" is the description of the Garden Avocado Toast. Mine had way more than a drizzle of the aioli. Took over the whole flavor of it. Basically like eating a mouthful of garlic mayo. Not pleasant. Picture is after I took the tomatoes off. Could not finish eating it.
