I've been to this location a few times, the food is great and usually, the employees are polite and helpful. There is one employee named Jessie that whenever she has been the one working has been rude to customers and staff, on her phone, cussed, and talked badly about other coworkers/customers loud enough for me to hear. If this is the kind of person Panera is ok with representing them, then I won't be coming back.

"Chunky avocado spread, everything bagel seasoning, sliced tomatoes, and garlic aioli on Country Rustic Sourdough bread" is the description of the Garden Avocado Toast. Mine had way more than a drizzle of the aioli. Took over the whole flavor of it. Basically like eating a mouthful of garlic mayo. Not pleasant. Picture is after I took the tomatoes off. Could not finish eating it.

One of my favorite franchises. Uses fresh baked goods. They have a vegetarian section on the menu.

Vegetarian options: The menu changes up often. Always great options.

Parking: Large private lot. Never a problem finding parking.

Please go back to the turkey chili. This new chili is very on good. Way too salty with no meat.

Menus changed... they don't bake cheese crust on French onion soup... the turkey used to be sliced real turkey, not lunch meat.. cook has a beard, long hair, no hair nets, no beard net used in food prep, cooking, or serving... no gloves... I would score there kitchen lot lower than the 95...

Food borne illness a few hours after eating.

Purchased a family meal, Sandwich’s were only quarters to equal 1 half total, gave us a small salad instead of a large ( for a family deal) and they only had one loaf of French bread left, which was made hours ago and refused to substitute for anything but a bag of chips. After receiving our order, realized the bread was rock hard. The most pathetic Panera I’ve ever been to
