Good pizza and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Just wish they would offer the same online sale prices in store. Otherwise, it is a great spot and has good pizza!

Friday, June 6, 2025 online, WE accidently ordered Buffalo wings instead of parmesean wings. The lady working went over and above to fix OUR mistake and made Parmesaen wings for us. She earned our respect and business. To prove our loyalty we ordered again Sunday night.

The staff was awesome. I made a mistake in my online order and they took it in stride and fixed it for me without any complaints. They would have been justified in making me pay for it anyway, but they just fixed it with a smile!

The manager was awesome. Talk to him. The first time I took my order. One of my pizzas is wrong. Brought it back. He redid it just amazing the guys inside the store awesome amazing understanding, fully capable of doing whatever you need them to do and very patient with you I really appreciate buying my pizza from them and I really appreciate them redoing my pizza again thank you you guys really appreciate it. Keep the good work up.

I would not advise eating at this establishment unless you like food poisoning and being sick for a couple of days like our whole group including kids!
Food was great! I can't report to the atmosphere as I was in drive through. Overall, great experience! Mike was awesome! Very personable!

Well, I have waited long enough for a response from corporate. They’ve been as helpful as the location I placed the order with.
I ordered a pizza for my grandchildren and a veggie pizza bowl for myself. When the driver arrived I met him while he was still in his vehicle. He hands me a pizza and is attempting to leave. I inquired about the rest of the order. He stated they didn’t give it to him but he stated he’d go back to get it and return. I then meet a different driver at their vehicle, he hands me what I think is the veggie bowl and drives off. I get inside to find that the veggie bowl is covered with pepperoni. I am not only gluten free but I also do not eat pork, hence ordering the veggie bowl. So at this point I’m frustrated, I call to speak with a manager. The person that answered the phone tells me he’s the manager. He was dealing with some other issue when I called so he returned to the phone afterwards. I begin explaining what has taken place and he’s laughing repeatedly and apologizes for laughing and states that he just doesn’t know why someone would be put pepperoni on a veggie bowl. He thanked me for giving them an opportunity to fix things. I reluctantly give it another go only to be dissatisfied with the outcome. The second driver was also the 3rd driver, this time I stayed inside and waited. The guy comes to the door, hands me the box that looks nothing like the 1st one they gave me. It’s not sealed, it’s wet on the outside and when I open it, everything is shifted to one side. It appeared to have been tossed around. Now, I placed the order, I had nothing to do with making or delivering the food. If anyone was mad they had to make multiple trips for the same order, that should be me, not the driver!
I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and have heard not a peep from anyone. The only contact was the same laughing manager, that didn’t prove successful the first time we spoke, so no, there is no sense in me talking with him again.

Service SUCKS. The wouldn’t take my order at the drive thru window at 2130 (9:30). Told me to call because he didn’t have a computer at the window but they’ve got 4 of them less then 10 ft away. lol what a Joke of a business, total trash!!. So I went down the road less then 200 meters away and spent my 100 bucks for 5 pizzas.
