Service depends on who is working. I’ve had great, bad and in the middle. But the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and strawberry lemonade always hits.

I wish I could give this place (0 stars)!
Terrible. Arrived here at 9:09p. Asked for the chicken dippers combo. The order taker paused in the midst of me ordering as soon as I asked for the food to be cooked fresh. Mind you it’s two whole hours ahead closing (11p).. she never came back on the intercom. Instead a boy came out the back door and said ma’am I’m sorry but we can’t cook food fresh after certain times. I looked at him crazy of course and pulled off.

I thought about it and said hmm let me see what time they close. Once I saw they close at 11p. I pulled around and got out and went inside and asked why I can’t have fresh food if they don’t close for another two hours. The boy then said I’ll go re ask my cook. Like what!?? I said yes go re ask because it’s two hours till closing- I will leave a review as well as let the manager know y’all shutting the store down extra early. Then he comes back and says he’s going to drop them for you.
In the midst of me waiting for the food a manager pops out of no where and says (I’m sorry ma’am he misunderstood me, I told him to cook them).

Like no he didn’t misunderstand you.
You said what you said and he repeated what you said. Simple.

To the girl that was working in drive thru- please learn how to not be so obvious when you are talking about the customers. I seen and heard everything you said. Also work on gestures.

Popeyes a bit too pricy to be refused fresh food and receive poor customer service.

Amazing Food and Friendly Service every time.

I’m not a fan of getting people in trouble, but the lack of wearing gloves is nasty - especially when employees are burning their hands, putting a napkin on it and carrying on. I am willing to drive to a further location after seeing this.

Oh and I called the shift manager. She seemed to not care. Kudos to the lack of customer service I guess!

Worst Popeyes I ever ate from. Food was cold and hard. Beans and rice had no beans, try calling they do not answer their phone very unprofessional.

The chicken sandwich wasn't the best. There was lots of breading and it wasn't hot.

The counter staff needs more training. The cashier told me I could not get a family meal with all thighs, but I was able to get two 3-piece meals all thighs. While waiting for my two 3-piece meals, I overheard the cashier ask the manager if they could do all thighs meals? The manager said yes, but depending on the order size, there might be a wait. So I ended up paying more for less and didn't get the original order I wanted. It's definitely a training issue.

We have been to this Popeyes twice in the last month. The first time it took about 30 minutes to get our food we ordered two boxes of chicken. Turns out they had a big order of 150. I happen to get there when they were picking up this large order. My mom and friend were waiting in the car the whole time while I was waiting inside to get it to go. I understand they had a big order but my mom had just come from dialysis and was exhausted. We tried it again about 2 weeks later. The three of us, I ordered the 3- 2 piece boxes of chicken, after 15 minutes of waiting I walked up to ask if they forgot my order, they just started working on it. They told me they had a big order and they would bring it to our table. I was so disappointed when I received my chicken thigh, it was very small maybe two bites it looked like. I took it back up to the counter and asked if I could please give it back for a real thigh. She grudgingly gave me one! I offered to give back the other one. It was never eaten off of. She said no so I kept it. I ended up eating all three pieces to get full. The cashier was very friendly! They welcome us when we first walked in! The restaurant was clean but we did have to wipe the crumbs of our table, but we could have sat somewhere else. The restroom was clean as well. I will try them again. Hopefully no big orders next time!

Love the food, but the environment is freezing cold on my last 3 visits, employees will tell the customers that they have no control of the thermostat, I witnessed everyone run to grab a jacket. This was never a problem until over a month ago. I had to stand here for over 30minutes in this freezer very anti consumer and seems to be done on purpose to avoid cleaning the dining area, just went ahead and cancelled the order.

My favorite fast food. Swear the food is so good, cooked very well. I don't regret waisting money after I eat it like McDonald's that's for sure and im always full. Good customer service in drive through and inside. I ate inside today. The restaurant was clean and lady who took my order was so nice. The cola was perfect! 5 stars. I had fried pickles for a snack today. Yummy

I doordash here all the time and the place is dirty and the staff are always rude, I will walk up and they won't even acknowledge me (mind you they weren't busy at the time). I was called a b**** by the lady in the front with no teeth for literally no eason at all. Extremely horrible service and food.
