Today is Sunday, the 28th of December. Christmas was 3 days ago... so you would have ordered a food truck for before Christmas...and after Christmas. This location is out of *French fries *mac n chs *Mr pibb *sprite *chicken tenders!!! And who knows what else! It wasnt even Noon on a Sunday when we came in. No excuse whatsoever!! Management needs to step up their game because they are letting their team down. Not to mention the sticky carpet as soon as you go to be seated in a booth that is ripped and torn. Will never return to this location and will continue to doubt Ruby Tuesday when it comes to their customer service levels. The server was AMAZING yet I do feel bad for her being the face of this company that doesn't do their part.

We went here as a backup plan because the original restaurant had over an hour wait. We should have just waiting the hour wait at our original restaurant after the experience we had at this Ruby Tuesdays. The staff was trying their best with what they had but they were understaffed and under equipped. The deplorable state of the restaurant was overwhelming. It is 10 years past needing a remodel, It felt unclean and unkept. Bathrooms had rust in every corner and most of the locks for the bathroom stalls didn't work. Overall the restaurant feels very rundown but that the staff was trying their best with that they had. As for the food, they were out a lot of it. Mostly sides for the main dishes we were told they didn't have. And the prices were absolutely outrageous. Everything tastes like it came from a bag and that's okay for what it is, we expected that going in, but the prices should reflect that and they do not. They are asking 4 star restaurant prices at a 2 star restaurant. I would not recommend eating here and will not be returning. The experience itself will definitely make me question ever going to a Ruby Tuesday's again if this is the state they let the restaurants fall into. Fix your restaurant or shut it down, it's not fair to the customers or the staff.

4 items they were out of...my cousin loved his shrimp...the steak was horrible..low grade..covered in so much pepper and spice barely eatable..I say go there for the salad or shrimp...forget anything else ..

Christmas Eve to go order. This place was a hot mess. The bartender was doing her absolute best… no management or organization. Sticky counter tops. Large other for 5 people and nothing was right.
My husband and I came here for the first time today. We had a great experience thanks to Robert, the manager. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to see a manager so involved and positive with both customers and staff. He definitely sets the tone for the whole restaurant. We’ll be back because of him!
