***Update as of March 4th: I reached out to the email listed in Ruby Tuesday's response to my review. I have yet to hear back. That response below is a farce. It is clear they don't care about their customers.***

I can't tell you how the food was because we never got a chance to try it. We came in at 4:45 pm on a Sunday evening with a party of 6 for our twins' birthday dinner. There were only 3 or 4 other tables with patrons. It was not at all busy, and we were seated immediately.

One server came over about ten minutes after we were seated to sarcastically joke with us that we were being "too loud." It was a good interaction. However, we didn't hear from any Ruby Tuesday employee after that. They were all standing around the bar with backs turned. We waited until 5:30 pm without any service before we left. The hostess said, "Have a great night," and never acknowledged anything was wrong.

Update: I contacted Ruby Tuesday’s customer care as they suggested. Crickets! Absolutely horrible company.

I’m writing this review at 11:56am. I arrived at 11:15am to simply get the salad bar and potato skins. The bartender quickly got my drink and then disappeared for 20 mins. I waiting patiently for that time and asked her for silverware. While she was gone the manager was getting on to the hostess for not seating customers properly and pulled other serves do discuss this at the front door. The bartender returned and two serves came to get drinks for their tables but the drinks were not ready. They seems annoyed with her. After an additional 15 mins my potato skins arrived and they were cold. I was never asked how my food was or if I wanted a refill. Two customers waiting over 30 mins on to go orders they had a placed before they arrived. Management needs to get a hold of this operation. There is a reason why business is poor. You need to take a hard look at your management style and the urgency of your employees. They all seem miserable! The atmosphere is horrible.
Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!

Always out of croutons. No fries today so I got some nasty crinkle ones. I have emailed the manager and never got a reply. Maybe if she did her job and ordered food! Won’t be back until you get better employees.

I'm eating today at the Enterprise, AL, restaurant and have to say that Bobby is such a great server and Kit is as well. She's the manager today.

Bobby is super low key which I really like, and, if you need anything from the manager, she is ALL smiles, even if it's something RT can't do. Frankly, her personality is so nice. You should have her train all your managers on Zoom because she's so great at working with her employees and customers. Customers notice and so many managers are sort of overbearing, and she's just the opposite. So is Lisa. Both are just wonderful. This is my favorite RT of all time.

But I need to give RT some tough love. Your menu is not progressive. In fact, if you had vegetarian entrees, not just the salad bar, you could bring that crowd in. Let each store get creative with it and have a "local option." Vegetarian hot dogs aren't done anywhere and it would make RT unique and cater to thst crowd and corner that market. Don't think old; think young!

Vegetarian options: Garden bar is great. Otherwise RT doesn't seem to want the vegetarain crowd. You don't have even ONE entree. No soups. Oil for deep frying needs to be dedicated to vegetarian options. And you can charge as much as any other entree and yet vegetarian is usually cheaper to make. Think vegetarian chili. Sooo good and low sodium. And you can use it on vegetarian hot dogs. Such offerings would make RT unique and who doesn't want that!

I had an amazing dining experience at Ruby Tuesday, thanks to our fantastic server, Margaret! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt welcome. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure our drinks were filled and that we had everything we needed. Margaret was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. Her excellent service truly made our meal enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back, and I hope to have Margaret as our server again!

Ate here Saturday around lunchtime. Only got a drink and salad from the salad bar.
Waited for the hostess to seat us maybe 10 minutes, sadly there were only 3 other families in the restaurant. When she finally did come seat us, it was poor service, no communication, or welcoming.
Waiter came, he was friendly. Drinks were good. Ordered small thing of grilled chicken to go on my daughter salad. It came after we had done ate the salad and after my husband got his burger.
Not sure if it was my salad, but the rest of Saturday and all of Sunday my stomach was hurting and I had all the kinds of stomach troubles you possibly could have.
