Sidney was my server she was amazing we had a steak and I could tell that it was a new cook. I asked to see the cook to tip them and the girl took it to heart. The manager kit was proud of her as well . I love watching the staff and I love the food awesome place Lisa is the best

This ruby Tuesday has to be my absolute favorite. The food was amazing,my mother loved the salad bar. The managers kit and lisa was all over the floor . How they interact with the customers and staff made us smile. How energetic and happy kit is every time we come in here is so awsome. Lisa helped my mom and our server jamie was delightful.

No one greeted at door had to wait until we was noticed standing there. Was seated seems like we were forgotten about before we ordered. Ordered a unsweetened tea and a strawberry lemonade, Brought the tea said had to wait for lemonade,ordered our meal when they brought one plate and had to wait for second plate. Would I recommend them to anyone? After tonight NO

Our server, Heather, was delightful. Everything you could ask for in a server. She was polite, engaging and saw to our every request quickly and efficiently!! Had the hickory bourbon chicken breast with mash potatoes and grilled vegetables! They were wonderful!! Recommend them highly.
***Update as of March 4th: I reached out to the email listed in Ruby Tuesday's response to my review. I have yet to hear back. That response below is a farce. It is clear they don't care about their customers.***
I can't tell you how the food was because we never got a chance to try it. We came in at 4:45 pm on a Sunday evening with a party of 6 for our twins' birthday dinner. There were only 3 or 4 other tables with patrons. It was not at all busy, and we were seated immediately.
One server came over about ten minutes after we were seated to sarcastically joke with us that we were being "too loud." It was a good interaction. However, we didn't hear from any Ruby Tuesday employee after that. They were all standing around the bar with backs turned. We waited until 5:30 pm without any service before we left. The hostess said, "Have a great night," and never acknowledged anything was wrong.
