Placed just opened with no staff and dishes not ready it took and hour for salads! They should just shut down because the owner and managers have no pride in their restaurant.

I recently visited Santa Fe and, while the food and service unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations, I really want to recognize the GM, Chelsea. She was extremely accommodating and professional when I brought my concerns to her attention. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and wants to make things right. Thanks to her effort, I’m open to giving Santa Fe another try in the future.

Live music, cheap drinks, and good service. Nachos and ribs are both very good, although there was a decent wait for the food. Sara took very good care of me at the bar everytime she was on shift.

Today was by far the worst experience I have had at any restaurant in enterprise, I decided to try something different for lunch and went with the chicken fried steak. The steak itself was over cooked and the white gravy that came on it tasted like moldy dish water. Naturally sent it back then it took almost an hour to get a replacement meal. Well before the food got there my kids were beyond ready to go. Sat there for almost two hours didn't even get to eat. I'm leaving 1 star because Google doesn't have an option for zero stars. Don't think I will be coming back anytime soon.

We had a large group, one teen, a few middle age, and a few elders. Everyone found something they liked. I had the grilled shrimp and broccoli. The broccoli was over cooked and mushy, the shrimp were rubbery, the rice was OK. The rolls they bring at sit down were warm, soft, and buttery, delicious. I'm pretty sure or waitress was new, but she did ok. If I'm in the area, I'll try it again, but it'll be something beef or chicken, not seafood.

Yesterday Sunday, October 12, 2025 went to this place and eat with my family. We waited over an hour to prepared 2 salads , steak tips and some chicken tenders with fries.
When finally after all that wait food came in. All the food were cold and stiff. Looks like it the food was waiting and nobody took it from the kitchen. One of my family members asked the assistant manager if she can check on the order and took a little while to do that. Then she came again and ask if everything was ok and we said no. She reordered the kitchen to do my steak tips and the steak salad and she brought it in 5 minutes but we already lost the appetite 😒 . It gave me just a 2.00 discount for all this mess. Im not going back to Santa Fe. It WAS a great place to go and eat.
Management needs to take care of business or something is not going to work.

Yesterday we had a terrible experience. They only provided a receipt showing a charge of $5.42 on my card. I checked my account in that evening and it showed only $5.42. However, when I checked my account this morning, I discovered an additional charge of $54.05 had been taken. I never got a reciept for the charge of $54.05. This is nothing but theft.

This was by far the worst Experience I’ve had in Santa Fe. Not only it was my food almost an hour late, The sirloin was cold to the touch and It was grainy and the second time it was no better. I was so upset that I just wanted to get out of there. My bill was $51.83, With everything going wrong I was only given $4.10 discount. Total to $47.73.

The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. The staff had great attitudes and really made the experience great. Essence, our server, was welcoming, positive, and had excellent rapport-building skills. Even while she was busy helping her coworker in training, she helped us feel even more at home. Definitely a great first visit, and I’ll be back!

This is a steak that I ordered yesterday, no onions or peppers, but just sautéed mushrooms. Does that pic look like what I ordered? You expect them to do things right considering how much you pay. This place sucks. Not the first time they have completely messed up take-out orders.

This was a birthday celebration. The service was lousy, the waitress was not prepared. We didn't get any silverware or straws. The food was overcooked and salty. I didn't complain that day as I didn't want to ruin the party. I did send an email to the company. My son's food order wasn't even put in to be cooked. It took about 45 mins for us to get our food. The place was not that busy. We should have paid for our drinks and left.

I visited for a birthday lunch with my coworkers, and the server was very friendly. They even offered a brownie as a birthday treat, which was a nice touch. The food was good, and the prices were reasonable as well.
