Hi, doordasher here. Went to retrieve a pick up just to be met with a very rude employee telling me I have to have a doordash bag in order to pick up my dash. I've never had to have the bag at any other establishment. I lost almost 20 dollars on the order because of her.

Bbq food usually has a smoke flavor. This had absolutely none. Basically baked chicken with bbq sauce. The smoked wings were fried and covered with bbq sauce. Good food but terrible bbq. Will not return unless it improves drastically.

Love this place. But why is the “Loaf of Toast” literally a loaf of untoasted bread? Your picture is super misleading showing 5 pieces of fully cooked toast and the description doesn’t say anything denoting this?

Driest pulled pork I've ever had, not exaggerating. Almost to the point of pulled pork jerky. Hamburger was also dry and tasted like poor quality meat.

I can't say enough good things about Shane's Rib Shack! The food is consistently excellent. Whether you go for the classic fried chicken fingers or get them tossed in their delicious sauce, you won't be disappointed. My go-to is the smoked half chicken plate, which is not only incredibly flavorful but also an outstanding value for money – I find myself ordering it at least every other week! Beyond the food, the staff truly shine. They are always super helpful, friendly, and genuinely happy to assist. I also appreciate that to-go orders are always spot-on and ready precisely when stated. And definitely check out their reward program; it's a great perk!

Stopped in a nearby store and saw this restaurant. Oh my word! I got the 1/3 rack of ribs meal with incredible sauce. My grandson got the pulled pork sandwich. First of many future visits. The ribs were the best ever. I’m 72yo and have eaten many ribs, lol. These are the best!
