They got my food to me relatively quickly but my mobile drink order took around 30 minutes to get to us

I went to Sonic August 5th, around 8:30, and left with nothing. I placed an order on the app for just drinks and pulled to stall nine and pressed the red button to get checked in. After about five minutes someone finally answered and told me I would have to move to an order ahead stall to be checked in ( not a big deal just never been told I had to move before) but while I was waiting I see a sonic worker walking around outside on her phone while people was waiting for their orders. I moved to an order ahead stall and after about 30 minutes I asked a worker if they would please bring me the manager, the worker i spoke to first was not very nice, then the manager who was the one walking around on her phone came out and told me it would just be a few minutes so I continued to wait since I had already paid for the drinks. After about 15 more minute I asked for the manager again and when she came out she was out of breath and acted like I bothered her by asking for her again so I proceeded to ask why she can walk around outside and I can’t even get my drinks, then I was told to leave and cancel my order through the app because she wouldn’t do it inside. No apology, no have a good night, NOTHING. I’m okay with waiting fast food isn’t always fast but i’m not okay with being told to just leave. This will be taken up to a higher board (corporate) since i wasn’t given a GM or Supervisors number like I asked.

Each time I get food at this Sonic, they somehow manage to make it worse. This time, it took 20+ minutes to even get a worker to take my order, and don’t even get me started on the food. Burrito is incorrect, hard to chew, and the mozzarella sticks were hard, old, and had absolutely no cheese in them. The workers also had an attitude. This will be the last time I’ll order at this location.
UPDATE: This second visit was for picking up an Uber Eats order. Worker #1 had an attitude, but worker #2 was very kind. 15 minutes for 4 items.

Here's the order from the app which is a horrible decision in itself. No matter which location you go to it takes forever to check in they really need to do something about the obligation would be nice if there was more variety to the menu

If I could leave less than one star I would. Everytime I go to the enterprise location there is always an issue. Either the food is wrong or takes forever to come out even when I order on the app. Tried to today and before I could even say anything after waiting at a speaker for 5-10 minutes I was told something was out of order and before I could ask the woman to repeat what she said she had already cut the speaker off. I haven’t been to this location in months because I always have had experience and this reminded me why I stopped going to this location. The either need more staff or need to close in general because this is ridiculous.

I ask myself why I continue to bring my business to this place. Every order is incorrect, the quality of the food is below terrible. Save your time, take your money somewhere that takes pride in their product and customer service.

We waited 10 mins pressing the red button to order. Never got ANY response. Went to Chick-fil-A instead. There service is always on point.

The food is delicious but the service is slow and seems to get worse with every visit. Ive been waiting for almost 45 minutes for them to bring my order, plus correcting it with an issue with the order as well.
Edit: I never got my order correction after waiting for an hours time

I went to sonic for the first time yesterday, the food was amazing and i wasn’t even waiting five minutes before I got my food. The receipt said the carhop was Kayleigh, and she was amazing. Super sweet and didn’t mind going back to get me anything else i needed. Her positive attitude and smile definitely made my experience better. It seems like all of the workers are like that as well. As i was going to leave I see the girl who was my car hop and another dude walking by eachother and gave eachother a high five. The little acts of kindness I saw from the employees to one another shows what a good environment it was. I was parked infront of the window and could see them working and laughing and having a good time. Would give 10/5 stars if i could. Next time i come to town i will definitely be back.

Recently visited. Ordered two strawberry cheesecake milkshakes. They had run out of their normal lids. There was less milkshake and it was half melted. Very disappointing.

Waited over an HOUR and NEVER GOT MY FOOD. Only filling online orders/door dash and never even took my order. I asked for a manager two times never got one.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I had to wait 30 minutes to order, and was only able to do so because I went and made verbal contact with an employee. I have been waiting over an 1 and 15 minutes for my order of one slush. Absolutely ridiculous!
