I’ve come here a few times and the service was decent, but the last 3 times I’ve been here no one seems to want to answer to take orders, I’ve moved from stall to stall just to get my order taken and did so for 15 minutes each time to never get an answer. There are a few young ladies here who are very sweet and do their best to help as they can, but the manager always looks like she hates her job and doesn’t seem to care much.

Pulled into stall number 3,pressed button and waited for 18 mins and no one ever answered..I moved from that stall and went around to the other side of the bldg,pulled into stall (both stalls were functioning) and pushed button and AGAIN waited for another 11 mins with no answer. I left and went to McDonalds.

My dad ordered a double burger, and didn’t even get ONE meat patty. Also, we got mozzarella sticks, asked for extra marinara and didn’t get ANY marinara.

I usually have zero issues with this location. The food is always fresh and the servers are always friendly. Late night, however was a different story. I know most wouldn't, but I waited 16 minutes to get recognized after pushing the red button. I also waited another 14 minutes to get my food. Then waited a couple more minutes for condiments because they didn't have any on them like they usually do. The server was a nice gentleman and I appreciated him for grabbing condiments for me. I feel they were getting pre-close operations done in such a way that it completely interfered with service. Burger patties were over held, but the onion rings were very fresh. I will give this establishment another shot.

Showed up to pick up door dash order waited 30 minutes just to get an answer. Upon delivering door dash order immediately returned pressed the button 5 times waited 30 minutes still no answer. Waited until closing time to hear people standing around laughing.

The service at this location is awful now. The wait time is ridiculous. 33 minutes for “Fast food”?., Not to mention you must press the red button and wait at least 3x before even being about to place the order. Oh and about the order. Never right. Always something missing or not prepared properly. Car hops have to make several trips to vehicle in order to receive all items we paid for. Oh and about the car hop! Ours was high. 😂 So high he couldn’t even read the ticket with our order on it! If you can’t function to do ya job kid save the loud for after work. They need management and training to the moon and back. Twice!! -Will not be back to this location.

Ordered 80.00 of food thru doordash. Came timely. 1 item. Breakfast burritto was correct. Ordered dble queso smasher with bacn. Recd cheeseburger with 2 jalepenos and a slice of onion. Paid for bacon , not on it. No queso, no chips. Dble quater lb cheeseburger . Add jalepenos , no peppers , 2 thin ass patties. Fries overcooked , cold. Tots ice cold. Waste of money. Never again. Most of 80.00 in garbage !

LISTEN UP!!! DO NOT eat at this place unless they've done some major renovation and deep cleaning. Went to the bathroom through the back door. Men's restroom was completely inoperable and had literally been turned into a trash heap. Piles of soiled rags and whatever else. The filth EVERYWHERE was alarming. It was everywhere. Went to the front to mention to the manager. Walk in and the place smelled like some kind of rot. I've never been so alarmed at the hygiene of a restaurant. Never done this before but turning in to the health department ASAP. 10/07/2024
I ordered on uber, I was missing food. Then my burger was supposed to be a double smash burger on texas toast. I got 1 burnt patty on white bread. This is ridiculous! I basically paid for garbage! Do better, SONIC!!!

Let see one i kept trying use my card and it wouldnt read it two they didnt even bring me a fork to eat with then i get down the road and get to looking and it wasnt even what i ordered. They dont want to pay attention to what you are telling them they listen to what they want and off. Something needs to be done about this place.

I left a 20 Star Review so I could do the right thing after employee almost got killed in the parking lot since he tried to call the cops on me in Bay County PCB Sit Down.
Kid-friendliness: Sonic is going to be the only restaurant recognized by the Holy Lutheran Catholic Church by the God of Saints himself if everyone in PCB Sit down and dies if they have to even the police force all die in the form of cops to Saint Dominic.
