The worst sonic we have ever been to. MULTIPLE TIMES NOT JUST THIS TIME. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE food. TERRIBLE drinks. You wait 20-30 mins for someone to answer the red button. You try and call their phone, no answer. Then you wait ANOTHER 30-40 mins for them to bring your food out which is usually not correct. DO BETTER.

Always a 30+ minute wait and our food is wrong most of the time. Tonight one of the employees rudely tried to pin the wait on us and then claimed it was due to the shift change. We ordered two burgers and it took them 45 minutes. Not even a busy night.

Been there in numerous occasions and they rarely answer. If I do I get subpar food. Tots are either cold or to hard to even eat. Tastes like old grease. Takes forever to get served.

We stopped by here on the way home from the movie theater and had HORRIBLE service. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food to be brought out which we had to wave someone down to ask about.. the drinks were disgusting and flat, the kids meals were just thrown into our bag with no toy or individual bag. The employees that came out to bring food seemed to only care about how many hits of his vape he could get before he went back inside. This was a horrible experience, we’ll never be back. Save yourself the headache and skip out on this place.

I was ordering $2 worth of lemon wedges for my manager of the place ai work close to Sonic. The drive through speaker was messed up, but this blonde, kind young man came out and took my order. There was a miscommunication, and he even helped me out with the order and made sure we both understood what I wanted. Very quickly, I had the lemon wedges. My manager said they were amazing. Thanks, young man

For the second time in a row, I’ve been to the Sonic and failed to get the proper service from my order. In addition they want me to pay for what I ordered and wait on a refund for what I did not order. I will not be back to the Sonic. They do not maintain their signs for ordering. This sonic is going downhill. I do not recommend it.

This is the most disappointing sonic I have ever been to. The first time I went, they forgot half of my food so I had to call the store because nobody was answering the stall Help button and even when they brought the food, it was not that great but edible so I left feedback got a partial refund five dollar gift card so me and the kids gave them another shot the other day they once again forgot stuff and the chicken bites were not even edible. The grilled cheese were like rubber. I had to be somewhere so I couldn’t call or get things replaced. I will definitely never be back.

Took forever to order, the fries and mozzarella sticks tasted like they sat there for awhile. Had issues taking our card. My daughter took a bite of her burger and found a plastic bread clip in her burger!!! Definitely wasnt happy.
