Thanksgiving night, we land in your drive through at 5:40, by the time we get to the speaker the clock dramatically strikes 6 not kidding and as we go to place our order a lady on the speaker says we are now closed and wouldn’t serve us along with the 5 other cars behind us in the drive through….what the hell

To the girl working the window around 9:30 am on 11/13/25 with short brown hair, you need to learn better customer service. I go once or twice a week, but if I keep getting her, I will take my business to 7 Brew down the road.

Everyone has been nice but the mobile orders are taking to long. They are prioritizing the drive-thru orders. One Saturday I waited an hour for my mobile pickup while cars were steady going through drive-thru. It has been taking longer than the estimated time. My drinks have been really good.

Ordered through my mobile app pulled up told them I had mobile order she said sorry give me a few minutes and I waited and waited so I pulled up the window and she gave me a order and told me next time wait at the box which was VERY RUDE Customer service.

I ordered two freppe one with half and half whip cream a chocolate drizzle of course I paid extra I got a table spoon of whip cream no half and half no chocolate drizzle I asked them two fix it the guy just pumps one sqirt of chocolate to one side so dissatisfied

Update: gave them another try and my coffee was absolutely awful again. I don't understand how it's being made so bad when it's done by recipe? Definitely will be using the Dothan location only.
Everyone was friendly and I expected the coffee to not be perfect since they just opened but wow that was the worst coffee I have ever had. Can't even drink it. Tastes burnt and it is not drinkable. Waste of money.

It’s Starbucks. You know you are over paying for a mediocre sugary drink—but it’s usually dependable. Today, typical of most modern Starbucks (yes—I grew up in the 80s and 90s in Seattle which was peak Starbux) the place was dirty and the wait comical. They weren’t all that busy but it still took 27 minutes (nope—not a typo!) in the drive through. We mobile ordered so we had already paid—thus the ONLY reason we waited. At the window, the young lady said everyone (like 8 of us?) all came at once!

I had —up until today—taken a long break from Starbucks because last time this particular store made me a drink they mixed up the non-fat milk with Soy Milk and sent me to the ER in full blown Anaphylaxis.

There was a day, a long time ago, when Starbucks was great. That was a long long time ago! Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

I understand this is a newer store in a rural area, however I cannot order what I usually want to get because I constantly get regular milk when I ask for dairy free. I have an allergy and every time I order a drink with dairy I receive a drink that causes an allergic reaction. It’s extremely frustrating. The wait times are also horrible, and my order is also messed up a lot in hot vs cold drinks.
The store is also not very clean, in the sitting area or behind the counters. For a new store the back should not have rust? And water stains all along the tiles and walls. It shows they aren’t cleaning regularly.

Stopped in tonight for a coffee I saw on social media. I went through the drive thru, Toni was the employee that took my order. Toni was so patient taking my order. She was so PLEASANT & KIND which made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely be back! A good employee can make or break a company & Toni definitely makes this location SPECIAL. If you see this review & stop in be sure to look for Toni.
