I got the Iced double berry matcha. The drink was good but tell me why everyone else's name was being called while my drink was just being hidden behind a sign. The barista saw me but continued to move my drink and not say anything about it being finished. As for last week I went in to grab my coffee and the baristas just stood around awkwardly and continued to not say a word.
I ordered a sandwich and a peppermint white mocha from DoorDash and I guess they couldn’t make the coffee, and instead of asking me if I wanted something different they cold the doordasher that they couldn’t make anything at all. I’m very disappointed, if I wanted just a sandwich I would have ordered from anywhere but Starbucks.
There’s also been multiple times I order chocolate curls on my drink on DoorDash and they never put them on but they charge $0.64 for them. I usually love Starbucks but this location kind of sucks..

This Starbucks is gross.. every time we go there is an issue with our drinks it’s literally always something at this location. It usually always tastes burnt or watered down and the workers aren’t the nicest either. I’m glad there is a Starbucks on post or we wouldn’t ever visit one.

This is the second time I've experienced this at Starbucks. I ordered a small black coffee and a brownie. There was only one customer directly ahead of me and perhaps 2 other customers at their table that didn't have their or order yet. After I had a seat I saw my brownie be put on the counter and figured my small black coffee was next. 5 minutes and many orders of fancy coffee and teas later, still no coffee. So I went to the counter with my cane in hand and after standing a few minutes someone ask what I was waiting for.vi gave them my order again and ons girl said here is his brownie on the counter. Another said we will get you coffee right away. In less than a minute I had my coffee. No apology until I said, I guess you can't get waited on if you don't order a high dollar drink. Then I got an apology. The real sad part was I spent 90 dollars that day purchasing a $50 gift certificate, 2 bags of coffee and my brownie and coffee. This has happened before at Starbucks so it may be their policy to not give good service unless you buy fancy coffee. Or I could be that l'm 76 and invisible like old people get.

We ordered multiple drinks and a venti strawberry creme frap which tasted very chemically or soapy. When we came back to ask them to remake it, it still tasted bad. The drink was thrown away. What a waste of time and money! The coffee was fine at least.

Lobby was closed for “facility reasons” and even though we ordered on the app and our drinks were ready, they wouldn’t just walk it out to us and made us wait 10+ mins in the drive thru

This is just a warning to all doordash customers ordering delivery from Starbucks and Enterprise, since you are not right in front of their faces they don't really care about you they are happy to let your orders sit out on the counter melting or getting cold for 10 minutes or longer. I know myself as well as many other doordash delivery drivers that I have seen often have to make several attempts to get the orders out in any kind of timely fashion. It's very disappointing not only to myself but for those customers that ordered through doordash. All paying customers should be treated the same regardless of whether they are standing in front of the employees or not.

Thanksgiving night, we land in your drive through at 5:40, by the time we get to the speaker the clock dramatically strikes 6 not kidding and as we go to place our order a lady on the speaker says we are now closed and wouldn’t serve us along with the 5 other cars behind us in the drive through….what the hell

To the girl working the window around 9:30 am on 11/13/25 with short brown hair, you need to learn better customer service. I go once or twice a week, but if I keep getting her, I will take my business to 7 Brew down the road.

Everyone has been nice but the mobile orders are taking to long. They are prioritizing the drive-thru orders. One Saturday I waited an hour for my mobile pickup while cars were steady going through drive-thru. It has been taking longer than the estimated time. My drinks have been really good.
Ordered through my mobile app pulled up told them I had mobile order she said sorry give me a few minutes and I waited and waited so I pulled up the window and she gave me a order and told me next time wait at the box which was VERY RUDE Customer service.
