dinner tonight..food, service EVERYTHING incredible. Matthew was our server, he was great! food service,atmosphere..everything impeccable as always.

A friend and I went around 8:50-9pm Saturday night. The food was not good. They made my steak wrong and said they would fix it but the service was not the best and I declined. I asked for money off due to it and was given $6 off a $30 meal that was barely touched. They acted as if we were an inconvenience because we came an hour before they closed. We were never offered refills. I had to ask for one. Never offered to go boxes or drinks. The first two things I wanted to order off the menu, they didn’t have. When asked for steak sauce she was unsure if they had any or were out. I ordered a Caesar salad to go. It was basically lettuce. They were out of croutons. We opened it in the car and there was barely and cheese or anything on it. The music was good but he stopped at playing 5 minutes after we got there and then went to the bar and talked to someone. You could hear their conversation across the room. You could hear the F word in every sentence. I will not be back and if asked about the place I will not have good to say.

We absolutely loved the grouper fingers and our Valentine's Day Ribeye. The food was cooked to perfection! We are so happy to have found somewhere with a wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

Food wasn't bad but not what I'd call great either (had the shrimp and grits). I will say though, the service and atmosphere were excellent. If I'm ever in town again I will be back..

***AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY***We were in from out of town and found this place looking for something to eat. We had a party of about 20. The hostess/waitress with neck tattoos verbally sighed when we told her the size of the party. She told us to sit where ever. When we went to ask a question she interrupted and told us to wait for our waitress. Wow! After about 20 minutes of waiting she finally comes over and takes our drink orders. I’m guessing she couldn’t find anyone else to do it. She obviously doesn’t like her job or working with people. We sat with empty drinks for most of our meal. I even had to share my water because everyone was out. I know a lot of places are shorthanded but this wasn’t the case today. There were only 2 other 2-top tables in the whole place with diners. ***BEWARE*** even though they say they “may add up to a 18% gratuity”, they actually added a 20% gratuity without so much as a mention. I had to ask 3 times for a Togo box and even got an eye roll with the final time. While the food was good, it doesn’t make up for what is probably the worst service I’ve ever received

Do not go on Fri or Sat night. Guy playing guitar and singing. So loud impossible to have a conversation. I mean soooo loud you could not talk to the person sitting next to you. Btw, the average age of guests appeared to be 35 to 40 yrs old. Spoke with management and their attitude was pretty much "oh well, that's the way it is" . We will not be returning to The Craft.

Corissa was our server and she was great! Couldn't ask for a better server! Food was awesome and priced great. We stay extra time cuz the staff was so friendly. We will definitely be going back again. I'm in a cast and it was easy to get in and out. Thanks to everyone there we really appreciate ya'll

Didn’t have a great experience the first time we tried the Craft. However, I felt it deserves a second chance. Well again I was sorely displeased. Went to dinner with a party of 5. For dinner time, the restaurant was not crowded but it too at least 15 minutes and multiple attempts to simply get a ranch for my side salad. It took another 30 minutes to get a dozen raw oysters and stuffed mushrooms. We barely saw our server and multiple tables were complaining of the wait time and lack of service. When our appetizers finally did arrive, our main course arrived 2 minutes later. We didn’t have enough room on our table for the appetizer and entree, and our server was once again no where to be found so we had to stack stuff on the floor so we could eat. The manager discounted the stuffed mushrooms 50% off because they were over 30-40 minutes late. Overall, will not recommend this restaurant until they improve service.

So, we have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the chance last weekend. The staff are friendly, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere was relaxing. While all the food was delicious, we cannot emphasize enough that if you eat here, you must get a bowl of their cheese grits. These are the most amazing cheese grits ever outside my home. They are incredibly creamy and the gouda cheese is a nice touch. Their menu is such that you want to come back just to try all the different dishes that catch your eye when you first read it. Ask for Mercedes or Morgan.

I had an amazing experience at The Craft! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Matthew, was incredible—attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. To top it off, the owner personally came by our table to check on us, which made us feel really appreciated. The combination of excellent food and outstanding service makes this place a must-visit. Highly recommend!
