Terrible experience! My app accidently placed the order here and I noticed it quickly and called to cancel the order. The employee was rude and refused to cancel the order and hung up on me. The TS where I live said it could easily be canceled. Terrible service.
My boyfriend works at Ft.Rucker I ordered him his Açaí bowl for a 4pm pickup. He arrived about 5 min before. There was no other customers in the facility. He let the staff member know he was there for a pickup for “Holly”. They responded with not having an order for “Holly”. He said well it was to be picked up at 4pm. Then she said well it won’t come through our system until 4pm. He said she then left to make an order of an Açaí bowl and put it in a bag and set it on the counter. So he sat down and one of the staff members said well, sir if you tell me what kind of bowl was ordered I can make it for you. So he said it’s the açaí bowl with no coconut. The other staff member who had just made it says, ohh I just made that.🤯 what kind of inept people work in food industries nowadays. So ridiculous, common sense is clearly not common anywhere anymore.
Always takes FOREVER just for a smoothie. They are great but guys 20 minutes for 2 smoothies is crazy.

Terrible surface. Only customer in building and staff let me know she would be doing all her online orders before me. Very rude when we entered, waited at counter without being greeted for several minutes.
Normally I wouldn't give such a low scoring review but I am so pissed off and disappointed in this store and it's management. I won't be back and that's so disheartening cause I spend $60 to $100 with you guys every week. Tonight showed me I am not of value to your company and need to spend my hard earned money at Chik fil a or Zaxbys moving forward. To have such a low energy staff tonight of new young ladies was frustrating. To have no time management skills is disappointing. For my order to come in at 7:51pm and only the smoothie is ready at 8:01pm but not get my salad until 8:23pm was infuriating. I can understand being busy but if my simple salad came in before in store customers, make the salad first and move on. If you mess the order up after serving everyone else who ordered after me, make my order the main priority. To stop 5 times to assist customers who are already eating while 2 other employees are doing nothing but closing their stations (and should be helping the customer while you catch up) is extremely disrespectful. I'm fine with waiting a max of 10 mins over the promised 10 mins the app gives but once my order is over 20 mins late and the orders don't match the reason I'm livid. I tried to cancel the order once it got to 23 mins cause I was now late taking care of my own customers. I don't want anything free nor do I want this young lady fussed at. Management needs to do better. These young adults need to be trained to help each other and how to prioritize orders and customers during stressful situations. I blame those who left these young ladies alone because this is now becoming an every week or every couple of days issue. Tonight was my final straw and my money will no longer be spent with your store. I know one customer leaving means nothing but your store needs to do better on putting the right ppl in the right positions. Thank you for the times your employees were so amazing and wonderful. I will absolutely miss seeing the familiar smiling faces that I loved ending my night with but when too many strikes means I'll be making my own smoothies at home and getting my salads from the surrounding food chains

all around terrible place staff doesn’t seem friendly and my smoothie was terrible. i used to work here and my staff always made sure customers were satisfied. it’s definitely different now it’s under new management. asked them to remake my smoothie and i got ignored. go to the one in dothan

Food is OK but is fairly priced. Smoothies are banging though. Friendly staff that are all on a team bases. Clearly shown when owner pulled up and without a beat everyone had their hat on with one quick chirp. cooperation and workfloe shows brightly here!

Super service ;) I go through spurts of swing by there by myself or with my kids. The staff this morning were exceptional. Remembered me, quick at preparing and also made with care. Highly recommended if you want a welcoming and friendly environment!

When I arrived four people were behind the counter; one was counting the till while the others chatted about one's issues with a vehicle. Meanwhile, I could see my order on the counter, ready to go. I had been greeted upon entering, but was not spoken to again until the cashier had finished counting the till and was ready to serve customers. Only then did I received my order.
