I was craving a Baconator for dinner after a long shift at work . I got the Baconator combo. I got my food and pulled away. Eating my fries on the way home, they were absolutely disgusting!! Tasted like they sat there for 3 days! My sandwich was okay. Will I go too that Wendy's location again? Absolutely NOT!

Someone needs to come to this store and do an health inspection. The floors are disgusting, the ketchup in the lobby and on the line are sour, the burgers they gave us were so bad my wife spit it out. The chicken nuggets were so tough you couldnt even rip them apart with your hands let alone teeth, and the fries tasting like old cardboard. And on top of all that we spent 50 dollars for food that i couldnt even serve my dog.

Ordered a Taco Salad and asked for extra chips and didn't get them and the ones I got were stale. The chili they gave was old and had strings of slime in it when you tried to eat it and you could pull pieces of slime out of your mouth trying to chew it. Awful!! I called to get a refund and Angeline said to come back another day and she would replace it and I'm thinking no I don't think so. Just give me back my $13.00.

Love the food. Always good. However service is always bad. Employees always have attitude. Went after work a few days ago at 1030 pm. 3 cars ahead of me. I was in that drive thru for 30 minutes at 1030 at night with only 3 cars ahead that's a little ridiculous.

Pretty good on the food, the employees just need to conversate to one another about issues pretaining to personal life drama and any in-store issues. Be professional..it's very rare this day and time. BE THE CHANGE.

I'd like to thank Wendy's for serving me a burger that was not just cold but inedible. I didn't need the baconator. The patty was in no way fresh. I don't know if that the way it will always be but this is the second time at the Enterprise location. The fries were still good, that's where some stars came from. The service itself was great, from the window. However, I was served a cold old burger. That's just poor overall!!!

This place absolutely sucks, but it's mainly the night crew. I sat in the drive through for 3 minutes and no one said anything, but one of the employees was hanging out the door,talking to someone in a white Caprice classic. This was the 2nd time I went to Wendy's and seen this. The service is so bad that either the entire night crew needs to be fired or shut the whole place down, and hire new management. I like Wendy's altogether but this location is my least favorite fast food restaurant in Enterprise, and that says a lot considering the BK also sucks.

Let's just say we were the only customers in the lobby waiting to order. Needless to say we waited about 15 min and NO ONE came to take our order so we left.

The clerk, a middle aged woman, made us wait over 10 minutes to get our order because she was making a pick up order! She was extremely slow, very disorganized & kept going back and forth looking for the same things, kept forgetting what she had done or had looked there already. Another employee had to tell her more than once not to make us wait like that yet she still kept going on the pick up order. Never greeted is when we came in, just kept working on the pick up order! There was only one other person in the entire lobby, sitting at a table. The restaurant was hot! I won't be back to this location.

Let me say, if I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Wendy’s has been declining in quality, and it’s always been a disappointing experience. It’s rare to get good-prepared food here, and I’ve come to the conclusion that they don’t care about the quality of their food. From sloppy burgers to a young girl through the window having a disgusting attitude and passing it out to the others, it’s clear that they don’t care about their customers. My daughter walked in one day and asked for a water cup. A young Hispanic boy was getting yelled at by the manager for ice because he had to take orders in the front. The environment is so disgusting that it can definitely make the food worse. If you don’t want to read all of this, basically, they don’t care about their attitudes, service, atmosphere, or food. It seems like they do the bare minimum to keep it clean.

Rating is for this location and not Wendy’s as a whole.

Every time I come here the service is god awful.
The inside of the restaurant is a mix up sticky and slippery floors.
The food always takes much longer than expected to be served.
The staff mess up the orders every time I’ve ordered here no matter how many time you repeat it to them.

Just go eat anywhere else

Ordered inside, waited ages for my to-go order. Approx 20 minutes. I feel the only reason I got my order at all is because the group after me demanded a refund and alerted the manager on duty of the fact I had been waiting. My meal was essentially an overcooked/burnt chicken sandwich which was inedible.

Floors are extremely sticky which I am assuming is from inaccurate use of their chemicals. Please check- you probably need to rinse the cleaner with warm water!

Lastly, AC? It was a sauna! Workers probably are dying in the back because I was sweating in the dining room.

I won't be back.
