My son and I went and ordered the apache burger and smoke and fire pasta. My son said the burger was really good. The pasta was ok...VERY minimal on shrimp and tiny bits of sausage. I was not expecting a tomato flavor in the sauce and tons of cayenne. It wasn't too spicy, but the use of cayenne takes away from the Flavor of everything else. As a Cajun I don't use very much cayenne at all. I expected a little more for $ $29. It was a small amount of food and very little shrimp and sausage. It was okay though but if I ever went back I'm sure I would get a burger. I'm a little too picky when it comes to Seafood pastas. The service was okay, nothing to brag about and didn't check on us very often. But they were friendly.

Ordered the Apache burger and asked for no habanero due to an allergy. Told server I was allergic to habaneros and he said he could bring me an Apache burger without the habanero jam topping. I was surprised to see my burger came back with the jam. I politely asked the server if it had habanero jam because I did not want to make an assumption, and he proceeded to inform me after bringing the burger that he is not allowed to make the burger without the jam. He offered to let me speak to the manager, and led both of the owners to our table several minutes later. The female manager proceeded to speak with hostility and towards me about how the Apache burger is the one item on their menu they refuse to modify in a very condescending manner. I respectfully explained that I simply have an allergy and informed the server who took our order. I continued to explain that he didn’t mention any issues with taking it off and that I had no idea due to it not being annotated on the menu. She offered to take it back and bring me a different item off of the menu, but refused to make the Apache burger without adding the jam on top. Our group then decided we no longer would like to dine at the establishment and asked for our checks. My husband and I did not eat the burgers. ( I literally couldn’t due to the habanero jam I’m allergic to) and they had the audacity to charge us full price for both burgers. This could have been deadly had I not noticed and I am very disappointed.

We went in tonight and our friend ordered surf and turf; it came out colder than the Brussels. We mentioned it to Blake (owner) he IMMEDIATELY fixed it and it came out PERFECT!! The best customer service!! This is why we keep coming back!!

Tuna dip was 7/10. Chicken Parm 10/10. Victoria, our server 10/10. It gets loud in there, but that's my problem because I'm old. The place is clean, well decorated. I will definitely visit more often.

Nice bar and restaurant offering a variety of global cuisine!! Ordered the shrimp & grits (we are in the south!), coworker had the honey glazed ahi tuna. Really good! Service was excellent! 55 beers on tap and rotating! Really liked this place!!

Consistently disappointed - third bad visit. We came in on a weeknight and ordered two hamburgers (for my father and me) and a fried shrimp basket for my wife and child. Our burgers arrived in about 15 minutes, and the server said the shrimp would be “right out.” After another 10–15 minutes, we’d finished our burgers—still no shrimp... We told the hostess, she went to check, and about 15 minutes later grilled shrimp (not fried) finally came out; we sent it back. We were told fried shrimp would take 6 minutes, my dad left and my wife took the kids to the car while I waited alone—and 17 minutes later the fried shrimp arrived. It ended up being roughly 45 minutes from when our burgers came out until my wife’s shrimp was served. There were only three tables seated the whole time and no new guests arrived. This is our third bad experience here in the past two months (out of six visits). They did refund the shrimp, and I appreciate that, but we still paid about $50 for two burgers while my wife and kid sat hungry for over an hour. Unfortunately, three strikes is enough—our family won’t be back.

We had a new server, so we tried to be patient knowing she was still learning. Unfortunately, our dinners came out much later than tables who arrived after us. Even after asking about our order several times, we were told it would be ready soon—but it ended up taking another 40-50 minutes. Spoke to manager and food came out luke warm at best. The drinks tasted watered down, and the food itself was underwhelming. Overall, we were really disappointed, especially given all the positive reviews we had read beforehand.

Absolutely enjoyed our evening at White Oak Ale House. Our server, Charlee was amazing and had the best recommendations for drinks, starters, entrees! Our food came out quick, it was nice and cool inside, and a wide variety of things to choose from! We had fried pickles and mushrooms to start and both got their well known Apache burger that was so good I did not get a picture of it before scarfing it down 😂 We will be returning!

The service was amazing 👏 We brought our 6 month old german shepherd and they treated him so well with treats and continuous fresh water ❤️ A great variety of beer and other alcohol along with a large variety of food. Everyone was friendly, the beer and food was delicious 😋 Definitely check this place out! BTW try the ginger beer ❤️ 🤤 🤤 🤤

Only getting 3 stars because the food was amazing otherwise it would be 1! We may decide to go back since the food is so delicious! But we will have to plan it so we have time to wait over an hour for the food! The service was terrible! Our waiter basically refused to serve us. He had someone else bring our food and would never refill my drink. The hostess was nice enough to get me another drink. I honestly think it was just our waiter. The others looked like they were doing a good job!
