Wild Honey Coffee - West Gate

I have to stop in every single time I am in town!!

I used to love wild honey in Enterptise before they moved. Their former staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Since the move the customer service has gone down in my opinion. The staff isn't nearly as friendly and more often it seems like a hassle to even order.

The staff here was very friendly and patient with our order when we had questions about menu items. Highly recommend.

I am so in love with Wild Honey!!! It leaves all the other coffee shops in the dust! Wonderful staff, always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, you don’t feel like you need to rush. Plenty of room to meet friends or chill by yourself. Can’t say enough good things about them!!!

This little gem of a coffee shop is the perfect place to meet a friend for a latte and conversation! They even have seating if you need a quiet space for studying. The new location is bright and inviting with wonderful background music. The staff is always friendly and helpful in choosing that perfect coffee drink. Wild Honey is by far my favorite coffee place!

Not just the coffee, but they are the sweetest people

I really hate to write a negative review. I wanted to grab a chai this afternoon and when deciding between Starbucks or supporting small and local, I chose Wild Honey. I paid nearly $8 for an iced chai to get a drink that was 3/4 filled and 80% ice. I always support local and small businesses, but this is probably the third time either my husband or I have had a disappointing experience here :( I have never had this at the Dothan location though!

Staff was very sweet and gave military discount. The redbull energy drinks were amazing.

Outside of the bldg, the store sign is missing, so it is easily missed if you have never been to this location (like myself). It's directly across the Bananas store if you need a landmark.
Once I found the entrance (PULL the door toward you, push upon exiting), I was greeted by two very friendly staff members ready to support your daily beverages or food items of choice.
There are two standalone kiosks to the right if you'd prefer to order and pay without speaking to the attendants.
Light music 🎶 played in the background, and soft, comfortable seating was available while I waited for my drink.
If you're looking for the drive-thru experience, it's not happening here. You're going to have to get a few free steps on your fitness app 😉

Me and my fiance visit wild honey at least 2-3 days a week. Best coffee, service, and atmosphere around. You will not find a better coffee shop anywhere.

Ramsey, Ashley, & Daphne are the best! They always make my drink correctly and taste well. Best chai in town!

Love ❤️ all the Red bull fusion drinks I'm like so addicted have to get a different one like every morning and sometimes crave one I. The evening??? soooo delish!!! ladies that work there are so sweet and accommodating to your craving goodness and relaxing atmosphere. MUST TRY!!!!
