I stopped by Wild Honey one afternoon and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly energy from Roslin and Kenleigh—the two amazing young ladies working that day.

When I got to the counter, I couldn’t figure out how to use the tap feature on my phone to pay. I was fumbling, trying to avoid the hassle of digging out my card, and instead of getting frustrated or rushing me, Roslin and Kenleigh were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They walked me through it with so much care and a great attitude, making me feel completely at ease.

It’s rare to walk into a place and receive service that feels this genuine. These two have the kind of energy that makes people want to come back—and I will absolutely be returning because of them. Roslin and Kenleigh are true assets to Wild Honey, and I hope they get recognized for the warmth and professionalism they bring to their work.

Highly recommend this place—not just for what they offer, but because of the people who make it feel like home.

I used to love wild honey in Enterptise before they moved. Their former staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Since the move the customer service has gone down in my opinion. The staff isn't nearly as friendly and more often it seems like a hassle to even order.

The staff here was very friendly and patient with our order when we had questions about menu items. Highly recommend.

I am so in love with Wild Honey!!! It leaves all the other coffee shops in the dust! Wonderful staff, always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, you don’t feel like you need to rush. Plenty of room to meet friends or chill by yourself. Can’t say enough good things about them!!!

This little gem of a coffee shop is the perfect place to meet a friend for a latte and conversation! They even have seating if you need a quiet space for studying. The new location is bright and inviting with wonderful background music. The staff is always friendly and helpful in choosing that perfect coffee drink. Wild Honey is by far my favorite coffee place!

Not just the coffee, but they are the sweetest people

I really hate to write a negative review. I wanted to grab a chai this afternoon and when deciding between Starbucks or supporting small and local, I chose Wild Honey. I paid nearly $8 for an iced chai to get a drink that was 3/4 filled and 80% ice. I always support local and small businesses, but this is probably the third time either my husband or I have had a disappointing experience here :( I have never had this at the Dothan location though!
