Our family was traveling through the area and needed some coffee. What a delight Wild Honey was! The iced Wild Honey Mocha was amazing! We then again drove back by on our way home several days later to have another one! Friendly staff and nice environment!

Last Friday (12-15-23) this Wild Honey location failed to update their hours on Google letting the public know they were temporarily “closed” that night for their company Christmas party. By failing to do so, online orders were still available (they forgot to block them off) so my wife placed an online order only to find out when we got there that we weren’t able to get our order and we were still charged for it. I understand being closed for a party and not being able to get our order, however my issue is how we were treated when we requested a refund and we were never refunded at all. When we called to request a refund we were told “It’s our bank’s job to deal with that.” and our bank verified that a refund was never processed. This was the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed and a very rude staff! Do NOT waste your time or money here! This is yet another reason why Bean Bro blows Wild Honey out of the water!
my husband and I went this morning and were blown away (in the best way possible). i love a good raspberry mocha and this did not disappoint. my husband usually gets black coffee but (to my surprise) ordered a mocha, when we got home he said it was the best mocha he's had! to top it off, the ladies working this morning were lovely and the coffee shop is just so cute! will definitely come back :)
