Its my favorite place and everyone in Enterprise, Alabama.

This was the WORST ZAXBYS EVER!?!? Food, tastes like chemicals. Workers, must have been short handed but honestly just rude. Nasty tables and food every where. Also out of every drink possible. Do not eat here

Zaxbys was my first Job 9 years ago, I have nothing but love for the franchise. I have been in enterprise for over a year now, and I would consider myself a regular at this store, I am always pleased with my service. I always use the drive through, I am aware and all the workers that i ever talked with is aware that the intercom is funky, i drive a regular car and i always need to turn it off when i go through. Today (31 July at 03:40) i got there and followed the procedure, the young lady on the mic apparently still could not hear and became very aggresive, eventually telling me to pull around, got to the window and was met with the same hostility, and aggresive gestures. I decided to not place an order and just left. Zaxbys has always been known for good customer service and this interaction was not keeping with that tradition. Wont be going back to this store for the remainder of my time here.

Do not come here. We Ordered drive through and our drinks were warm and tasted like sour pond water. Husband ordered Diet and i ordered regular but they weren't marked which is fine but when we asked which one was which the employee carelessly said he didn't know. We got a refund because the taste was unacceptable and the service even worse. The food was not even warm when we opened it in the car in the parking lot seconds later.

Usually good food and good service. Check the bag before you leave. I spent 5$ on the cheese cake bites and they didn’t give them to me but they put the cheese cake bite sauce in my bag😂nice guess I will dip my chicken into it

Been here dozens of times and I’ve never seen the same employee twice. Everything is always well prepared and staff has been friendly. Coke machine always has my grape sprite.

The food was really good and the staff were very nice and friendly. However There were no drinks but water in the drink machine. There was no sweet tea in the canister. We had to get all our drinks from the drive thru folks who were very nice about getting them. A meal was left off of our order so we had to wait to get it.

Went to Zaxby's drive thru and it took about 20 minutes for some reason at 3pm. I only got a grilled chicken sandwich and it cost $9.00+ after taxes. Got home and it was ok but definitely not worth over $9.00. Chick-fil-A and Jack's are way better and at least $2 cheaper. I will never buy anything at Zaxby's again until they get those prices down.

Ordered through the app. I ordered a 6 piece finger plate with double fries (instead of Cole slaw). Picked up the order in drive thru. Didn’t check the bag at the time. Got all the way home (20 mins away) to discover that they gave us a 4 piece finger plate with coleslaw. We also didn’t get the honey mustard dipping sauce OR the extra fry seasoning that was requested. Called and spoke to the manager, who was very unprofessional. Long story short, the issue was never rectified and I was charged more $ than what I received. Went through the app to request a refund to no avail there either. I never got a refund, apology, or any compensation for stealing my money and shorting us food :(

One you couldn’t hear what the guy was saying over the speaker and kept asking what we wanted. And second when we checked our food the fries didn’t have seasoning. I went and asked for fries with seasoning after spending $30 on food and they said “well I’ll put it in a cup”. I’d rather just be told we ran out of seasoning and just not have ordered fries and wasted money. Very frustrating and the food was horrible.
