Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered a tongue torch boneless wings and things with extra tongue torch sauce. This order was read back to me. I was given a mild boneless wing plate with extra tongue torch sauce. I live in a different city so going back wasn’t feasible.

I this day and age, reviews are normal. Giving a review to Zaxby's is still above and beyond considering that.
The Enterprise store has always been friendly and inviting even tho I am there for the always fresh food. Have not had a bad experience with this store no matter the type of purchase or time of day I visit.

I was having a really bad day, the server Dai, gave me a boost. I was really having a bad day and not just the food but the service was above and beyond.
I will definitely return here, nicest Zaxby's I've ever been to.

What an awful meal and experience today. Chicken tenders taste like they sat for hours. Cole slaw is bland and room temp and we didn't eat it because we feared getting sick. I didn't even want it but I guess some employees don't know what the snack is. Unsweet tea was actually sweet.
I gave 1 star for the toast-best part of meal. We won't be back. Last time I went to zaxbys in Dothan I left a 5Star review.

Came by today lady took my order didn't really seem friendly or enjoy her job. Got cheese curds and got home and they were stale/dry like they been sitting a few hours. This place is a hit or miss but mostly miss quiet often it's a bad experience.

On two separate occasions I’ve ordered a 6pc chicken finger plate and have only received 4 pieces both times.

I ordered a chicken plate with fries it ran out of coleslaw the fries were dry and cold the chicken was overcooked and I couldn't even finish my chicken this is the worst I've ever had not sure if I'll go back

Why are employees having to stand outside in the heat to take orders? And why is it the same employees that are put outside hours at the time?
Sorry, I'm a grandmother and it just bothers me to see them out there hours at a time.

This was the WORST ZAXBYS EVER!?!? Food, tastes like chemicals. Workers, must have been short handed but honestly just rude. Nasty tables and food every where. Also out of every drink possible. Do not eat here

Zaxbys was my first Job 9 years ago, I have nothing but love for the franchise. I have been in enterprise for over a year now, and I would consider myself a regular at this store, I am always pleased with my service. I always use the drive through, I am aware and all the workers that i ever talked with is aware that the intercom is funky, i drive a regular car and i always need to turn it off when i go through. Today (31 July at 03:40) i got there and followed the procedure, the young lady on the mic apparently still could not hear and became very aggresive, eventually telling me to pull around, got to the window and was met with the same hostility, and aggresive gestures. I decided to not place an order and just left. Zaxbys has always been known for good customer service and this interaction was not keeping with that tradition. Wont be going back to this store for the remainder of my time here.
