Next door to The Landing at Parker Creek, the Marina store is always well stocked and clean. The launch ramp is a good one,$3 to launch,$2 to park your rig while you're gone. The ramp itself is a low angle slope, easy in and out but parking is very limited.
We were staying at a rental home on the lake and wanted to try some of Lake Marin's favorite restaurants. We tried to GPS it and went all over the world without finding it after about 30 minutes. So, we asked some teenagers and they said it was really close by water, but couldn't tell us how to get there by roads. So. we used the Waze app to find it, and it was less than 4 miles from where we started. We heard you might have a hard time getting in there it is so popular....
Nice place, overall.Not impressed with the boat ramp and certainly not worth a $5 launch fee.Don't use the left side of the ramp because it abruptly ends. Maybe when the lake is at full pool the ramp will be better but it's not a good ramp in the winter due to low water levels. The county road leading to Parker Creek is really bumpy so be careful.
