You can always depend on Arby's to be consistent from store to store, town to town, state to state, usually. This is by far the worst Arby's I've ever eaten at. There is always something wrong with the food whether it be old or cold or simply not in the bag. The order takers and window people are rude and act as if they are being inconvenienced by having to do their jobs. I will say this in their defense, they aren't the only restaurant whose employees are this way. It seems to be a trend across all of the fast food restaurants in this town that aren't run by the owners themselves. It looks like their surveys and monthly reports would reflect poorly and the franchisee or someone at corporate would notice? Or maybe not. Anyway, Arby's, as much as it breaks my heart to say, you've had several chances to change my mind and I'm not saying you won't again but it probably won't be in Eufaula or anytime soon.
I just stopped by to get a snack and had the best experience. The shift manager was so nice and friendly. Kept me updated about my order and worked hard even with a knee brace on. Food tasted great!

Had to return our sandwich for a correction. Otherwise pretty good.We had the fish sandwiches.
My main concern is the lack of employees at this particular location, sometimes it can be kindve slow but I would have to say that the food is pretty good and the place is pretty clean. Overall, if you’re ever in the area I would recommend that you try these guys out.
Traveling through for dinner 2/2/24 and our food was terrible so we threw it away and wasted our money. The first order of fries were cold and after driving off to eat, we noticed the bread to our sandwich was hard, had tomatoes (asked for none) , and the chicken was soggy. There were other customers walking in after leaving the drive thru so that should have been our sign to leave before ordering.

Stopped here for a potty and snack break on the road. Restaurant was clean, service was nice, and tried the apple turnover which had a very good flavor. Cooked fresh and had a good taste.
