I ordered 4 Wednesdays whopper meals on 10/25/2024 order #515 to get home and none of them were purple bread as shown. My kids were devastated so I called the store and asked aren’t the Wednesday burger supposed to be purple I was told yes. The manager that then Answered the phone named Melissa said that she put them all on white buns due to something with the purple buns, but did not make me aware of it before doing it nor when passed it out the window she wrote down that she would have them all replaced the next day. All I had to do was come to the store and give my name. I’ve done that today on 10/26/2024 to be told that they will not replace the order because I did not bring the other burgers back when I was not informed of that. I do not recommend this Burger king in particular to anyone that wants Their food done correctly by people who actually care. The manager that refused me what was properly mine due to what I was told and receiving the correct Food is name Nicole the cashier was Maryland. Also AC was on the clock. If it would’ve happened to them, they would expect you to get the correct food as they were promised.

Very good experience at this location during our pass through of Alabama. Drive-thru functioned very well, very organized. The team members were extremely friendly from ordering at the speaker to payment and pickup. They asked my name when I ordered and repeated my name to me a few times at each interaction. Definitely a plus in my book. The order was correct and everything was hot and fresh. Not much of a wait, nothing negative from our visit. Thank you so much!

Drive thru was pretty much at stand still. Went inside to pick up my order instead. Even that was unsuccessful. I wanted 30 additional minutes for a whopper. It was cold when i got it. I didn’t want to wait again so i just left so i can have a little time to myself for lunch. Worst i been to in a very long time. Everyone just standing around gossiping

The place looked recently updated from the drive thru. Ordered. Asked name. Pulled up to the window. Gave name so it matched order. Received food. The order was incorrect. The manager argued with us because we ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, no bread . Gave her receipt. Received 2 double hamburgers. The other sandwich was incorrect as well. Good thing we were only passing through the town as we won't return to this location.

Very slow drive thru literally 30 mins. Ordered a coke zero and lemonade. Received diet coke and unsweetened tea. The money lady gave me the stink eye because I used change to pay.

Good food, but do NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go there during shift change, you'll be reminded of what is the ups and downs of working at this particular location.... possible theft from from the register, accusations of theft from the register, young cashiers literally not wanting to take your money because it "looks fake" I wouldn't have spoke up about this, but for the few places that I have risked eating there, this location disappointments every time, with cold fries, near stale buns and poor workplace environment that clearly the ppl don't want to be there, which ultimately makes the food an un enjoyable experience also I feel the need to make known that as a rollover accident victim, I was in pain as the staff decided who would count and recount the register as customers with smaller orders were served and had left as I was still standing in the lobby in pain....
