Whoever management is teach your drive through workers to fix their attitudes! If you don’t want to be at work don’t come plain and simple! It doesn’t make no sense to be at work with an attitude. I pulled off because whoever was on drive thru had a terrible attitude! If you don’t like your job QUIT!!! If you don’t want to work DON’T! Sick and tired of dealing with nasty attitudes from low vibrational beings!

Food was really bad even for Burger King and I ended up getting sick 24 hours after eating a chicken sandwich from there. Play place was really nice inside but so dirty and the front counter person seemed like she was tweeting.

Today (03/20) I watched what appeared to be a manager go from making fries/bagging orders to checking the registers with the same gloves and then back to preparing food. This has to be some sort of health code violation.
Asked for a veggie whopper and I got this. No lettuce tomato’s or even mayo just a bun with cheese

Door Dash order today was not edible! Cheesy tots were over cooked and hard to eat burger was cold, chicken fries were cold. How do you let food go out the door like that? Won’t be placing order again, until you get people who care. Waste of money!!!

I believe this is my first review of a fast food location. Passing through on a trip home. I stopped and went inside to use the restroom and get some food. The staff was very friendly, the food was good, just right on the sauce. Unexpected highlight on my drive.

I ordered 4 Wednesdays whopper meals on 10/25/2024 order #515 to get home and none of them were purple bread as shown. My kids were devastated so I called the store and asked aren’t the Wednesday burger supposed to be purple I was told yes. The manager that then Answered the phone named Melissa said that she put them all on white buns due to something with the purple buns, but did not make me aware of it before doing it nor when passed it out the window she wrote down that she would have them all replaced the next day. All I had to do was come to the store and give my name. I’ve done that today on 10/26/2024 to be told that they will not replace the order because I did not bring the other burgers back when I was not informed of that. I do not recommend this Burger king in particular to anyone that wants Their food done correctly by people who actually care. The manager that refused me what was properly mine due to what I was told and receiving the correct Food is name Nicole the cashier was Maryland. Also AC was on the clock. If it would’ve happened to them, they would expect you to get the correct food as they were promised.
