We are traveling and this burger king was so refreshing to see. A playground and old school feel but with all new stuff. Brings me back to my childhood! Food was really good way above the average burger king.

I placed my breakfast order before 10:30 so I can pick it up, when I got there I was told that my food was thrown away because they were waiting on me to arrive and thought that I wasn’t coming mind you only 20 minutes had passed. I did not pay my money for her to “think”. The manager is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOW.

The young lady at the 2nd drive thru window at ~800p.m. on Tuesday 10/28/2025 rude as hell.She opens the windows hands me 4 drinks and didn't open her mouth and all while looking the other way whem I asked for extra ketchup she had the audacity to roll jer eyes and give me 2 more.If you dont like your job in customer service get on the grill! However, I do apologize to the young man and woman on the inside that I extended my attitude to.

Went with a buddy went to order a meal deal with my code didn't get my food. The lady that took the order we had to say the order twice over and she still didnt have the price or the order right. Then the dude giving the order out just gave half the order and I was still waiting on my half and he said it aint on there when my order was on the same ticket like he said I had to so a new code to get my half the food and pay more then what my buddy and I already paid for the food. They were very rude the entire time.

I was driving through the city and stopped by this location for a quick sit down breakfast with my family. The manager on duty was extremely rude with one of the worst attitudes I’ve experienced in fast food. I definitely would not recommend this location for a dine in experience. Maybe drive thru is better perhaps or a different restaurant all together.

This specific place was such a big deal to me and my family. The employees where kind and prompt, it wasn't crowded or grimy, and the kids area was one of the best! It was the perfect place to stop after a long road trip.
The customer service was lackluster at best. Drive thru employees all had attitudes and just generally seemed to not want to be there. I can understand a bad day at work, but please do better.

Whoever management is teach your drive through workers to fix their attitudes! If you don’t want to be at work don’t come plain and simple! It doesn’t make no sense to be at work with an attitude. I pulled off because whoever was on drive thru had a terrible attitude! If you don’t like your job QUIT!!! If you don’t want to work DON’T! Sick and tired of dealing with nasty attitudes from low vibrational beings!
