Good food, but do NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go there during shift change, you'll be reminded of what is the ups and downs of working at this particular location.... possible theft from from the register, accusations of theft from the register, young cashiers literally not wanting to take your money because it "looks fake" I wouldn't have spoke up about this, but for the few places that I have risked eating there, this location disappointments every time, with cold fries, near stale buns and poor workplace environment that clearly the ppl don't want to be there, which ultimately makes the food an un enjoyable experience also I feel the need to make known that as a rollover accident victim, I was in pain as the staff decided who would count and recount the register as customers with smaller orders were served and had left as I was still standing in the lobby in pain....

I don't believe it either but 5 stars for Burger King. This was the nicest, cleanest BK I have ever been in, and believe me that has been a lot. Fast friendly service and quality for your money food. Eufaula Alabama has a gem.

Awful. These idiots can't get an order right if you tattooed it on their eyelids. If this were the first time I wouldn't complain, but this is per usual. I never order cheese, I always make it a point to tell them no cheese, however, I get the order and inevitably there's cheese on my burger. A couple of days ago, my wife picked up drive through. She ordered me a double whooper meal with mayo, ketchup and lettuce only, no cheese. When she got home I had a REGULAR whopper, all the way with cheese. I threw it away. I give up.

I've been in line for about 30 minutes now, still not even close to even paying for my food. I thought this was a "fast" food joint. Obviously that's false advertisement. Or maybe i'm just hangry? The employee keeps glancing out the window, maybe the huge line is a bit threatening.

I ordered a chicken wrap, not only was it half as small as advertised, it was a mualed up piece of gristle. When I took it back I was greeted with ‘what’ then what seemed like the manager asking me repeatedly ‘did you do that’. Do with that information what you will.
