The slowest Chick-fil-A drive through I have ever seen!!! Then they got my order wrong. I ask for a sausage cheese biscuit but they put egg on it anyway.

$30 for a Sandwich meal (with 2 of the tiniest pickles you get get), an ice cream (with only 1 swirl ring and a black lady in her 20s who’s got an attitude when asked to do her job right) and a salad and some nuggets. Sticky floors and surfaces, and no cleaners. As a former Chick-Fil-A employee this is sickening.

Poorly ran. Busy day but it is taking over 30 minutes. Slow operations as orders aren't getting completed in a timely fashion. Store is very dirty because they have nobody cleaning. After getting our food we left to eat on our way, I got shorted a sandwich, I had no faith ths Chick Fila could resolve the issue so I later submitted the issue online that they shorted us a grilled chicken sandwich. In 2 weeks they never responded or reached out to refund the sandwich we were shorted. This is by far the worst I have ever seen a Chick-fil-A run.

Not a typical Chick-fil-a. The sandwiches looked like sliders just slightly bigger but not normal sized. Service was incredibly slow. Restaurant is about medium sized with a small kids play area. Employees take their time even with refilling drinks and making 1 milkshake.
This is the only Chick-fil-a on the way to the beach so it’ll do with our chicken fix.

Nuggets were really dark, mac cheese wasn't good, peach milkshake wasn't as good as it usually is. They need training from the DOTHAN,AL establishment, they're friendly and the food is tasty

Went to the drive-through it was really hard to hear and the person asked me multiple times to repeat my order which I did. The road noise there is quite bad Upon getting to the drive-through, I was asked to repeat my order again multiple times which I did and when I then clarified with a manager, I got a complete attitude from her. When I asked for extra ketchup from the girl at the window…I got an eye roll. I was kind and patient this entire time and was taken back by my treatment. I don’t expect that from Chick-fil-A.
