I went recently and I was going to order. White bald man behind the counter kept watching me talk to an employee at the register. I wanted to chat first before ordering my food since I knew them. He went up to me again and told me that he couldn’t have his employee talking to me and asked me to go. There were no other customers or any person in the drive thru since I came at 8:20-8:30pm. It was not closing time. I found it disrespectful & ruined my experience so much I didn’t even want to order anymore.

I have been waiting for my food for 20 minutes now and I can count on one hand how many other people are here. Come to this location if you would like slower service than a Whataburger.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a bowl of chicken tortilla soup in the last few weeks in which there is no chicken in it. When I ordered this time today, December 20 I advised them that please stir the soup before you scoop it because there is no chicken in my soup last time. Well that fell on deaf ears. It was very little to none chicken in my soup. The first ingredient in the name of the soup is chicken and for nine dollars I expect to see some chicken in the soup.

I stood in the mobile pick up area for 6 mins before I was acknowledged while my order of 2 drinks just sat there. The restaurant maybe had 6 people in it and no one was in line to order.. 2 employees walked passed me multiple times just talking and gossiping in each others ear and acted completely oblivious to my presence. Then proceeded to just stand right next to my order gossiping each others ear off. When they finally broke away from each other one just stands at the register with no one in line continuing to ignore me. I had to go around to get in front of her face and tell her my order was right behind her ready to go.

I get they are teenagers but when you’re at work your social life should be put on the back burner in the presence of customers.

This Chick-Fil-A needs managerial supervision. There were plenty of employees, which is nice, however they were having more fun with each other than paying attention to customers and cleaning of restaurant and restrooms. This location is very popular with locals and tourists passing through but the team needs real training on keeping the restaurant clean and paying attention to the orders. Makes you question what happens out back in kitchen, is it clean or not?
