I ordered a thin and crispy pizza with pepperoni and sausage, I should have looked at it before I left the store. It had hardly any sauce or cheese and it was burnt around the edges and a little on top. It actually felt like an empty box. I will not be ordering from there any time soon,

I placed my order at 7:35 pm and my order finally made it at 9:26 pm. Almost 2 hours!!! I called after it had been over an hour and was told it would be an additional 25-30 minutes before my food would arrive. I told the guy I hoped it would still be hot when it got here, he said it would. Well, it wasn’t! The garlic bites were hard so they got tossed. Also, I tried using a gift card when I placed my order online but it wouldn’t work so I called the store for assistance. That didn’t help so I ended up paying more than I expected. Do better Dominoes!

Been trying to order a pizza on the app for over a week now. Keeps giving an error and say if the problem persists contact the store. Did that. Young man up front was nice but unhelpful. Ask to speak with a manager who might be able to help. He was out back somewhere doing whatever and apparently did not want to speak to me. If this customer service now here guess it is time to go back to pizza hut! So disappointing!!

The order tracker is absolutely horrible, after spending more than 20 minutes in their empty lobby!!! Two half witted employees inform me that my order just went into the oven for the third time. This was 30 minutes after the order tracker stated order complete! I can't believe I tipped them online prior to good service! The Pizza Hut across the street has way better service!
