My husband and son took me to El Jalisco for my birthday. I was so excited. However, that soon faded when we sat down. The restaurant was cold, the food was barely warm when it arrived. My husband's wrap was almost burnt, boy was it crisp. Our waitress looked angry and it was only 12 o'clock. She never bothered to check on us after giving us our food but the hostess checked on us once as she was passing by. We waited 15 minutes for our waitress to emerge from the back to ask for our check. We paid up front as she never came back. When I was asked if everything was ok I informed the hostess of the situation. She reduced our check by $3.00. Won't be going back for a long time.

The service we didn’t get was appalling. When the table across from you, who came in AFTER you, gets their order taken, cooked, delivered, eaten, and the leftovers boxed to go before your chips and salsa and queso arrive…
Needless to say, we won’t be going back!!!

The restaurant we went a few times. Service has always been great but today 9/3 it surpassed my expectations. Our oldest child is on severe spectrum of autistic , and the manager made us feel very welcomed. And told us next time they will sit us in a special area to accommodate our son and going to try to remember us as much as possible , and to let her know we are here. I don’t know much service like that to get better for someone who has a disabled child(ren). If I could afford to go m-f during lunch hours daily it will be my go to for here on out.
