This store is just awful. I try and give them the benefit of doubt but I’m repeatedly disappointed. The last visit was the last straw. I got the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. No part of that sandwich was grilled or toasted. I live 3 minutes away and the temperature was 98 degrees. Every single visit the wrapper is greasy. The napkins have grease on them from being grabbed with greasy fingers. I’ve started a bingo card for the date of official closure for this store.

They have the best country ham biscuits in town. Coffee and hash rounds were excellent too. They always have service with a smile. I didn't rate the atmosphere because I went to the drive-thru. It was fast.

The lobby and tables are filthy. Service was slow and the staff could be heard exchanging words from the dining room. Also using foul language in earshot of guests. Will not return.

Workers here need to be re trained. Terribly rude and bad customer service. Might as well go sit on the couch for a living acting like that.

Service was terrible, no one greets you as you stand there 10 minutes waiting for your order to be taken.

Employee said they closed at 2pm when we came into the restaurant. Hours say open till 2pm but google hours indicates drive through and take away is open. Suggestion to adjust hours.

My total was 918 and I had a $50 bill. They did not have change. I have been a regular customer in the mornings during the school year for a couple of years now. All I had was a 50. Apparently somebody don't know how to go to the bank since they did not have change on a Thursday morning

Sat I line before order was taken for 5 mins at the speaker. Sat at the window over 15 mins waiting on food, didn't give our drinks and got an attitude when we asked for them because she forgot about them. Horrible service and we were the only ones there. Food isn't hot or fresh even after waiting 15 minutes.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast yesterday and he ordered a strawberry lemonade. We got to the window and the cashier said they ran out of lemonade. She offered another drink and he kindly declined because he wanted strawberry lemonade and they didnt have it so he asked for a refund. The shift manager came over, with attitude, telling us she would have to cash out the whole order and we would have to drive back around and reorder. She restated that he just get another drink which he didnt want. He just wanted a refund. To deescalate the situation, I just got an apple juice. Customer service is number 1! She could've just cashed out the order and rerung us up without the lemonade.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean as a whistle. The food was atrocious. I got two wraps, on sale, two for $5. The wraps were dried out and tough, the lettuce was wilted, and the chicken (ranch and spicy) were tough, like old chicken. The $5.00 bargain was a bust.

Only time you can catch this place actually open is breakfast, the staff that run the drive through are very dry and don’t even welcome guests. When you do actually catch them open the food is sad quality, hard biscuits and overly fired sausage patties. Use to be one of my top places to eat, now I wouldn’t want to serve it to a starving dog. They need a refresh with staff and cooking lessons. Staff needs to go somewhere to retrain and learn to respect the guests and at least pretend like they want to be there. Overall very dissatisfied
