This was our first time eating at Jack's. We pulled up to the drive through. We asked for a minute to look at the menu. The drive through operator said go ahead. We ordered a 12 piece tenders box with no sauce. After we gave the order, the speaker became muffled and we could not hear what was being said. We pulled to the window. The girl asked if we had ordered. I said yes. She said she didn't see any order. I explained what happened. She said oh sorry. We didn't...
One star for each pickle they gave me, much better chicken quality than other restaurants. Could have slightly better service but ut was very late at night so I can't expect much.
Always courteous and respectful and willing to please.
Kid-friendliness: Had kids meals 😋 and they were presented well placed and the food looked very appealing and very hot !freshly cooked my children had a wonderful time.
