My steak biscuit was vey good The lady that took my order ( Ruby) at the drive thru was awesome! She had a positive attitude and made you feel good. The other lady was good too. Thank you !
First time. We go to jacks about three to four times a week for breakfast. But the lady at the window this morning was very rude. Asked for a cup holder said they were out the lady behind her gave her one. She put the cups in and busted one of the cups then tried to give me that cup. Asked for another cup holder same answer the other lady gave her another one. We ordered a steak biscuits and a chicken biscuit. We got a sausage egg snd cheeses and a ham biscuit didn't even...
Great customer service. Nice quiet place to get a quick bite to eat including dessert.
Definitely some of the best biscuits and chicken tenders in town. I also ask for my fries to be cooked a little longer. The only thing I didn't enjoy from the menu was the fried chicken breast sandwich. Mine was not seasoned well ( --just the breading had flavor and it was coming off the meat).
