I try to get to Phil's every time I go back to my home town of Eufaula. They serve the absolute best Chopped Pork (butt), sandwich that you could imagine. I can't personally speak for the rest of their menu other than Brunswick Stew, but I had their jumbo chopped sand at least four days a week when I lived there years ago. It was just as good yesterday as it ever was. Always moist an flavorful. I love to drizzle it with their habanero hot mustard based sauce. Be aware...

Like many others I am very picky when it comes to bbq, and tend to be suspicious of mustard based sauces. I got the chopped pork sandwich and baked beans, and both were phenomenal. I would go out of my way to come back here. Highly recommend.
