We ordered the grilled cheese burrito. Hamburger was at one end and the rice at the other end. They were not evenly disbursed on the burrito. Also ordered the spicy potato burrito and a bowl of Cheesy Fiesta potatoes. The potatoes were old, dry, and hard to chew (overcooked?)

Food quality is as expected. Service and wait times are horrible. Always understaffed. The few that are there are rude. If you don’t like using self order kiosks and are in a hurry, just avoid altogether.

Hey we all know that taco bell is just that... taco bell... the food is consistent... we all know it's not a formal dining experience but it is as good as fast food tacos get... always an option

Terrible service at drive through...the employee had a attitude...didn't want to wait on be..and they wasn't busy....I believe she should not be on the cash register...sho is not a public person..will not be coming back..ever!!!!
