When I tell you Jakeya gave me the BEST customer service. Just by her tone and how she delivered offering me different things along with the one thing I thought I was going to order. I was totally was impressed by the way I ended up with a whole meal and dessert at the end of her ordering my order. Girl I give you a perfect 20 out of 10. It is a wonder how a place like this stays in business. This is the 1st time in 30 something years in my life that I took the time out of my day to write a review for anything, but because I find myself coming to this place being the only place open at this hour of the night. I keep telling myself and the family every time I buy things off of the menu for with my hard earned money that I will never come back here not only due to the quality of the food but the service as well. It is beyond my comprehension how this place is even in operation. It is over looked not only by the managers but the workers as well. We have had to talk to the manager before and they disrespected my wife with an attitude and told her before she even finished speaking “you only get one scoop that’s it” the manager. There were 2 pieces of steak in a $6 burrito, my wife’s chalupa was hard as a rock and that was only 1 of the several times we had some kind of problem. Every single time we have gone to this place every single time something is wrong someone is rude or it takes for ever to get food that is wrong. I apologize to have to write this but some one needs to be held accountable. Please fix this Taco Bell, thank you.

I've eaten there a couple of times now and each time it was very good. The food came up very fast but there is truly no service per se. You have to order on a kiosk. How do you report atmosphere in a fast food facility? It was very clean and roomy. It was a bit impersonal since one had to order through a kiosk. When I went through the drive-thru a couple of days later the person taking my order and providing me my food was very personable and it came quickly.
They never get the order correct. I am lactose intolerant. I order without cheese or sour creme. Then guess what, I have to throw away my lunch. They are awful

At the Taco Bell now. Multiple people waiting on order for an extended period of time. One of the workers just informed us there are only two people working. Only two workers!!! Not their fault but the management. Terrible

Ordered 2 Bean Burritos, i ordered them without cheese and onion, when i went to eat them there was more onion in the burritos than beans. My cinnamon twist barely had any cinnamon on them. I got two crunchwrap supremes as well, they came with very little meat and very little amount of tomatoes, that’s all that was on them. They were missing basically everything that comes on them normally. The soft tacos were missing the lettuce on them as well. Customer service was just fine however the food was such a disappointment.
