Had the displeasure of visiting Taco Bell in Eufaula Alabama today, no one at the counter when we arrived, after a few minutes someone final came and said we had to order from the kiosk. Bear in mind no one is in the restaurant, after ordering thirty customers came and went inside and through the dive through. We asked what happened to our order and an over weight female replied we have other customers. I explained how many customers had come and gone ahead of us and they couldn’t find our order. We again explained what we had ordered and they delivered our order, it wasn’t our order, the second time we received our order it was only half filled, again they fixed the second half of the order. They had plenty of workers and no supervision or customer service. Food was barely warm and soggy. My last trip to Taco Bell. If you can’t deliver good quality food and customer service, get out of the business.

Placed an order, the team lost it, and served 7 families. During this time I asked about the orders; they said they would do it and apologized for forgetting, then forgot again. After 45 minutes, I got a refund and left, as they still hadn’t began working on the order.

Zero soap in the men’s bathroom (meaning, in all likelihood, staff members aren’t washing their hands with soap after using the bathroom and before returning to work). Auto 1 star.

My daughter and I stopped for dinner last night after a game. Even though they were clearly not busy and trying to have a team meeting, each of the employees made us feel welcome. It was the best customer service I’ve had in a while! The employees were friendly, and the food was great!

One of the worst tacos I ever ate. But then I am from Texas. Couldn't tell what that was where meat usually is on a taco.
